Chapter 2

In Noah's room he took off his shirt revealing his tan skin. He walks into his closet and emerges and a pair of blue basketball shorts. He flops face down on his bed and I gently laid down beside him on my side. He turned his head towards me and blew his bangs out of his mesmerizing violet eyes. He put his arm around me and pull me close. He laid his head on top of mine and I found myself dozing off listening to his strong,steady heartbeat.

When I woke up, no I wasn't on the bed beside me. I sat up,yawned,then stretched before I stood up and walked out onto his balcony. I was silent so he would not notice me.
He was now wearing dark jeans, a dark green v-neck, black vans, and his leather jacket. He was leaning on the railing, lost in thought. The breeze was ruffling his hair around.
I finally walked up behind him and hold him tight like I didn't plan on letting go. He turns around and kisses me passionately. " Good evening, Sleeping Beauty. " I jokingly said," Prince Philip." I flipped my head over and put my hair into a messy bun. " what time do you have to be home,Al?" "Huh. I don't know. I'll probably call T, and see if I can crash at her place tonight." "Alright. Want to use my phone?" "No I ha-." I frantically patted my back pocket. Gone. He pulled my phone out of his jacket and dangled it just out of my reach. I jump, desperate to get it back. "Noah, you jackass! Give me my phone back." He laughs and runs around me back into his room. I chased him onto his bed. He started jumping on it like we were little kids again. "Come on. Come get it." I jump on the bed with him. I jumped close to him and pushed him down on the floor. Hell he can't get hurt. "You know your an ass,right?" I say with a smile. " yeah, I know but you still love me anyway." " may I have my phone back?" " yes, you may, princess." I snatch out of his hands, sticking my tongue out at him, then walk out onto his balcony. Dial Tracilynn's number and she picks up after the third ring," Hey Alexa." "Hey, when you leaving Marcus'?"

"Right now actually. Why?" " I wanted to see if I could crash at your place tonight." "Yeah, it's fine. Want me to swing by Noah's and pick you up?" I debated it." No, that's okay. I'll get Noah to bring me over." Okay. I'll see ya later. Bye." "Bye."
Noah cleared throat and it made me whirl around, startled." Easy it's just me." He held up a pendant with a multi colored gemstone in the shape of a seahorse. My heart stops." Noah. you did not have to get that for me. You know how much I don't like getting gifts." Even though I say that, he knows I secretly like it. " Yes I know, but if you are going to be a goddess one day then you are going to need some new jewels." I smile so wide my face hurts. "Turn around I'll put it on you." as soon as I turn around I asked,"Where did you get it?" His fingers brush lightly against my neck and it sends a shiver down my spine." Highest my dad to get me the most precious gemstone he could find. Then I asked Shane to get his dad, Hephaestus to make it into something that symbolizes the oceans. So, he carved a seahorse. Next,I asked Apollo's son, Dylan, to bless it with light; so if you ever need guidance it will light the way." I turned to face him. The tiny seahorse shimmered green and purple. "I love it,Noah. Thank you." "You are welcome. For you I'd move mountains." He leans in and kisses my forehead. " I told Tracilynn you'd drop me off at her house." " shadow travel or car?" He tilts his head to one side. "Car!" I say immediately. "Why don't you like shadow-travel?" " Maybe, because in 7th grade a certain someone ran and grabbed two girls and pulled them into the shadows then suddenly all three of them were in a harpie cage?!" I say sarcastically, but he knows I am just picking on him. "Come on! You can't still be holding a grudge can you? I was twelve! And I JUST learned about my powers." "Still, I don't want to try it again just yet." I look at the time. 7 p.m. Shit, we should go.
"Noah, we have to leave." Apple him downstairs by his hand. We walk into Hades' office where he is still working. "Dad, I'm going to drop Alyssa off at a friend's I'll be right back." Hideous looks up from a stack of papers he was reading,"alright son, be careful."

I did it. I did it. Another fabulous chapter. Guess who's birthday is in 7 days? Mine,bitches!!!!!! I'll be 14 years olddd. I just got back from my boyfriend's and we watched Disney movies and I was in a really good mood so I decided to write a chapter or two...that's right there is two updates today...does that make put you in a good mood?...no? Okay..lol.... I also may update a chapter on Old Oak Tree and also on The New Boy Stole My Notebook.....yeah I made another book....it was started off a whim so we'll see how far it goes..it hope you have had a good summer so far and....
