When Nightmares Become Reality

A visit from a goddess

Amy was holding Tobias' hand when she faced all the other campers, she got many weird looks, like they thought; "How can this lame girl be the daughter of Poseidon and the most popular kid in this camp's sister?" She wasn't blaming them. Most of them looked terrified when she walked past them, Amy hated all the attention. Couldn't she just be the kid of some unimportant god, the god of cucumber or something. Was that even a god? Probably, this whole thing was so insane so why wouldn't there be a cucumber god? As she was in her own world thinking about cucumbers, she felt a hand on her shoulder. She was expecting to be staring into some a little bit greener eyes then hers but pretty similar ones. When she turned around she was not looking into sea green eyes but chocolate brown. It was Nathan. Tobias let go of her hand and walked over to Nathan and they had this awkward staring contest, which looked pretty stupid since Nathan was taller than Tobias. As they both got ready to fight each other for some reason, Amy felt like she was about to faint, like something really powerful from another dimension was trying to visit. As she felt like her head was about to explode, the whole camp froze, no not just the whole camp, the whole world stood still.

A woman showed up in front of Amy, she was so beautiful it was scary. Her long, wavy hair was, um Amy couldn't decide what color it was, like it was changing all the time. She had the same eye color as Piper, almost like a rainbow.

"Hey, Amelia" the perfect woman said.

"Who are you? What's going on? What do you want?" Amy didn't have time for a small chat, well she had since the world stood still, but thats not the point.

"Going straight to the point, huh? You're in quite a tricky situation aren't you?"

"What are you talking about?" Amy felt like she should know who this young lady was.

"To pretty handsome boys you have in front of you, don't you think? How are you going to choose?"

"Afrodite."

"I mean love has no boundaries, but making two brothers fight over you? That's harsh," The goddess was smiling, like this was her favorite thing.

"Brothers?"

"Haven't they told you? Ahh poor child, kept out once again," She looked at Amy with pity. Amy hated when people did that. "But who to choose? The pretty blond haired healer who would do anything for you, but who has hidden so many thing from you? Or the almost too perfect looking Nathan, that has played most of the girls in this camp, but he seems pretty willing to change for you? I mean its a pretty easy choice in my opinion?"

As the goddess said these words, Amy got angrier by the second? They were brothers? Tobias was hiding things from her? Nathan had played many girls? An easy choice? Amy felt like a fool, but she didn't know what to believe anymore.

As other campers started to come back to their senses, the goddess disappeared. Leaving Amy alone with two boys standing in front of her ready to attack each other.

"Brothers huh?" Amy didn't even care to wait for the answer, she turned her back on them and started to walk away.

"Wait what? Amy wait!" Tobias tried to grab her hand, but she shook him off.

She turned facing them again with teared up eyes, she didn't even know why. This was just way to much for her in a few days. "But how? How are you brothers? Why have you been lying to me all this time?" She was yelling, not caring about the fact that she'd gained every person in this camps attention. "And you Tobias, warning me about Nathan, was that cause he's your brother and you don't want him to be happy?" She turned facing both of them,"I don't care what your little family drama is, but I do not want to be in the middle of it! Just leave me out of it okay?" Tears were slowly leaving her eyes. The whole camp was silent, you could hear every breath taken and a strange bobbling sound. Suddenly tons of liters of water exploded in the air, from the lake in the woods. The silence broke and campers screaming made other campers scream and everything was just a mess. "What the hell did just happen?" Amy started to panic, what had she done? What if someone drowned cause of her? Hundreds of liters of water was about to hit the ground full of teens. "NO! STOP!" Amy yelled out of frustration. The water didn't listen to her. It kept falling although it seemed to be happening in slow motion, but that could just be her imagination. As the huge amount of water was just a few meters away from the ground, a black haired guy came running towards Amy yelling "STOP!" The water actually listened to him. It was Percy, he had his arms lifted, like he was holding the water up. His face was red from hard work. She couldn't even imagine how heavy that was. He slowly lifted his arms and made a throwing move which forced the water to go back into the river.

Every camper stared at Amy angrily, they were all wet from the huge wave of water that had just been a few meters over their head. It looked like it had been a storm. She could hear every complain and comment directed to her. "Oh gods you're an idiot!", "Could someone just send this prick away already?", "Learn how to control your anger please", "I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed" and "Why would any of the Wilson brothers be interested in that mess?"

"Amy don't, don't listen to them" Tobias Wilson, one of the freaking liars she was falling for said.

"They don't know what you're going through" Nathan Wilson, the other guy she was falling for said, who happened to be the other jerks brother, ahh what a coincidence.

Percy walked towards her, looking concerned. "Amy you look very pail, you should get some rest." That was the last words Amy heard before she did just that, rest or as many other would call it; to pass out.

Okay so finally another part. I am so sorry for like never posting, thank you so much for being so patient with me. I'm gonna try to get more into this story now, and get out of this writing slump

I think we can all agree on that Amy is a drama queen. I'm in love with Toby and I don't know what I feel about Nathan yet. And don't worry, you'll find more about the situation between Toby and Nathan in the upcoming parts ;))
