Prince Harvey's POV

Eleven years, I've been complaining for eleven years! Why do I have to do this anyway. "You have to do this, Prince Harvey, because you're a prince." the voice of my archery trainer, Mr. Boldwise, plays in my mind. His skill in Archery is now one of his talents with that he has the eagle's eyes.

I don't get the connection of being a prince in archery, it doesn't make sense! They say I'm only eleven but I have to open my mind to these tasks ahead. My Father said that when I'm fifteen I'll be taught how to use the sword. I can't wait, really ugh.

I honestly think that Em's activities are way better than mine but she says mine is more enjoyable than hers. Is it because we're not satisfied in what we're up to that we always think someone's life is better than ours? Or am I just to lazy to practice today.

It' Monday, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I practice archery with Mr. Boldwise. Monday's just worse than any day. On that day, I learn Languages, Geography, Writing, Speech, and Archery. I hate Mondays. I collapse to my bed burying my face to my pillow.

"I don't want to do it, Em." I tell my sister who's already clutching my bow in her arms. We call each other in our names when people are not around, I mean it's ridiculous to call your sister 'Princess Emlyn' all the time when I can call her Em. It's shorter and convenient.

"What do you mean you don't want to do it?! This is like my dream! I asked father several times if he would allow me to learn how to hold the bow and arrow but he said no because I'm a girl." She pulls the string of the bow and pretend to target something from a far.

"How I wish we can switch tasks." I roll to my other side.

"Hey!" Em exclaims excitedly. "Hey, Prince Harvey Brewster, look at me! I have an idea." She says as she twirls her blonde hair between her fingers.

"What?" I lazily look up at her.

"Since we look like each other, well obviously we're twins, the only thing that's different from us is your hair.. our hair!" She sits on the edge of my bed while nodding aggressively.

"So...?" I frown at her liking the train of my thoughts.

"Make your head work,  Harv!" She slaps my thighs.

"Ow!" I rub my now sensitive thigh. "We are not doing it." I shake my head.

"It's the only solution to our problem!" Em tries to convince me more "Look You can wear this big hat Mother gave me to cover your hair."

"Em, you cheeky little nugget..." I squint at her. Don't get me wrong I'm actually taking this deal into a consideration.

"I know, I know." she laughs. "We can switch clothes too. So what do you think?" she smirks at me.

"I can't believe I'm actually cutting your hair!" I shout at her. She sits on one of the bar stool from my room facing my huge bathroom mirror.

"Shut your mouth, the servants might hear us." She whispers.

"I don't even know why I agreed to this." I shake my head while I look at the almost clone me.

"I know you like it." She looks at me through the mirror then her smirk gets wider.

"Yeah, you're right." I sigh. "You hide in the bush after Mr. Boldwise calls my name because that's the only part I actually have to speak."

"Good, I don't have much things to learn today. That's why I love Monday's." She squeaks excitedly.

"I hate Monday's." I roll my eyes.

"Oh, you'll love Monday's after this day. Trust me." She winks.

"Prince Harvey!" Mr. Boldwise usual deep boring voice calls my name.

"I'm right here." I say to him. He raises his eyebrows at me as if examining if I'm the person he's looking for.

"Prince, your highness, there you are." He runs up to me. He flashes his big smile at me making his gold upper teeth exposed. I cringe. "What are you doing there? You might get bitten by the bugs in the bush you are too close to it, your honor."

"I.. uh.. just run to the grounds. I woke up late and end up here be-beside the bush." I make the most none sense excuse.

"Alright Prince Harvey, It's okay. Today we'll learn how to aim and shoot." He smiles at me. I stare at him for a couple of seconds before I realize I have to say something."

"Oh... that's interesting." I look at him. He doesn't smile at me. "And great!" I fake smile and make my voice interested. He then smiles at me, too widely, again. I can hear Em giggling so I kick the bush.

"Alright then,  your highness. Follow me to the shooting area." He puts his arms on his back then begin to walk away.

"Go, Em." I whisper-shout to my sister.

"Wait, these bugs are biting me." she crawls to my place while I enter the bush. Now the only thing I have to do is run fast to her room and get changed. "That's one great scene though. It made me laugh." She giggles.

"Whatever, see you then!" I ran out of the bush and wish all the heavens that no one would see me.
