Three Days with Bai Luo Yin

I love you... Even more.

Later that night, Gu Hai and Bai Luo Yin quietly sat in the warm bath water with each other.  Bai Luo Yin's hair was dripping with water, as his back was faced towards Gu Hai.  Gu Hai soaked the wash rag in soap and water, and gently scrubbed all the areas of Bai Luo Yin's body that he could not reach. 

The warm water and the comfortable silence warmed Bai Luo Yin's heart and made his eyes heavy, as he grew more and more relaxed he grew more and more sleepy.

"Bai Luo Yin, are you falling asleep?" Gu Hai asked.

He turned Bai Luo Yin around to face him, to see that he was indeed falling asleep! How could he fall asleep while they were washing?

But when Gu Hai saw how peaceful Bai Luo Yin looked, his lips shut instantly.  He couldn't help but to find peace in Bai Luo Yin's own peace.  Anything and everything about Bai Luo Yin could calm every heart string and every nerve in his body.  

Gu Hai finished the washing before he regretfully woke the sleeping Bai Luo Yin, and assisted him out of the bath.  He wrapped the soft cotton towel around Bai Luo Yin's body, and escorted him out of the bathroom and into the bedroom.  It left a water trail, but Gu Hai did not mind one bit.  

Gently, Gu Hai unwrapped the towel and carefully dressed Bai Luo Yin. His eyes were still glued shut, and his head rested against Gu Hai's broad shoulders.  That didn't stop Gu Hai from dressing the older boy who was sometimes so exhausted that he could not even keep his own head up, so Gu Hai would hold it up for him.

When Bai Luo Yin was dressed, Gu Hai laid him down onto the bed, and then got dressed in his own clothing. The clothes were slightly damp since his body was still wet in some places, but he did not pay much attention to it. Instead, he laid down beside Bai Luo Yin, and pulled him on top of him.  Bai Luo Yin naturally rested his head perfectly against Gu Hai's heart beat, and wrapped his right arm around Gu Hai's body.  Bai Luo Yin subconsciously  listened to his heart beat.

Gu Hai began to think to himself as he listened to Bai Luo Yin's breaths of relaxation.  He thought of how much he loved Bai Luo Yin, and how troubled Bai Luo Yin truly felt in his heart.  For so long Gu Hai thought that Bai Luo Yin was his medicine, but as he thought about it he was no longer concerned with that anymore... He had found it in his heart to want to be Bai Luo Yin's medicine, and to show him the love and happiness he didn't get to feel before.

"Bai Luo Yin... have I said it enough? How much I love you... Have I said it enough to you ...for you to feel as loved as you deserve to feel? " Gu Hai runs his fingers through Bai Luo Yin's hair as he speaks. There are the moments between Gu Hai and Bai Luo Yin when it's not sexual, and it's not flirtatious...  But their fingers ache to just feel the other boy.  To feel that he is real. And in that moment, Gu Hai couldn't help but to touch Bai Luo Yin's places that no one had ever touched before.  He couldn't help but to kiss his forehead, his shoulder, his finger tips, and even his knees.  His heart was purely innocent and in love, and his fingers and lips ached to be connected with Bai Luo Yin's skin.  Just to feel it. 

"Even if you don't love me as much as I love you, that is alright, because as long as you let me I won't stop loving you."

"I love you.... Even more.."

Bai Luo Yin said.

"I love you.... Even more.."

Bai Luo Yin repeated and rolled over onto the bed.  Gu Hai did not reach for Bai Luo Yin, or move to bring him back to him.  Instead he thought of what he had just said.

"Who loves who more?" Gu Hai asked.

"Bai Luo Yin loves Gu Hai more.." He said, then peacefully fell back asleep.

Gu Hai then reached for Bai Luo Yin, and his finger tips brushed against Bai Luo Yin's soft skin. He couldn't imagine that.... That Bai Luo Yin could love him more than he loved Bai Luo Yin.

"Hey, wake-" Nevermind, he thought. He was happy with what he was given.  He did not need to hear anything more... He was truly happy now. 

He was happy that he had Bai Luo Yin.
