Chapter 14

Me: "what do you want from me?!"

I shouted but not loud enough for Bruno's family inside to here. His grip tightened and he pulled me closer to him. I came in contact with his chest. He moved my head to the side, that's when I started to panic. He bit down into my vein on my neck. My face scrunched up from the pain.

Me: "Miles! Stop!"

He placed his hand on my mouth, prevent any shouting. I started to feel light headed. That's when he stopped. He but into his own wrist and placed it to my mouth. I turned away but he forced his blood down my throat.

Miles: "just take it!"

Miles body went flying away from mine. I looked up and saw Bruno standing there. His eyes were red and fangs were out. I have to admit. He looked scary. I spat out the blood that was left in my mouth, not that it tasted horrible because it didn't. I liked it and that's what I'm afraid of. Why would he even do that!

Bruno: "don't you ever fucking touch her again! She's mine!"

He vamped over to him. I looked away, knowing that they were going to fight. I heard a yelp after a few thumps. It sounded like Bruno. I looked over and saw Miles on top, hitting him. My eyes widened. I quickly ran over and pulled Miles off. Sadly that made him land on top of me. They both stood up and glared at each other. I stood up and dusted myself off, staring at them.

Miles: "came to the rescue a bit too late."

Bruno: "you. Bit. Her!"

His jaw was clenched and his knuckles were turning white. I was confused. Why did he bit me? I know that vamps drink blood and all. But why is Bruno so bothered about it?

Me: "I don't understand. He just bit me"

Honestly I didn't want anyone to die. Miles is an older vampire so he has an advantage. I can't lose him again.

Miles: "it's more than that. Tell her Bruno"

Bruno's breathing increased.

Bruno: "once you exchange blood you know everything the other one is feeling. Even knowing where they are."

Miles: "and..."

He sighed as he looked at me with sad and angry eyes.

Bruno: "you start to get feeling for them."

I walked up to Miles. He had a smirk on his face. I lifted up my leg and kicked him. Right where the sun don't shine. He fell to his knees. Even if he is vampire I'm sure he felt that. I felt a hand on my shoulder. I knew it was Brunos. I turned around and buried my head into his chest.

Me: "I'm sorry. I should of stayed inside..."

Bruno: "no I'm sorry. I should of came here quicker."

*3 Hours Later*

I walked over and fell onto the bed, into Brunos arms. He pulled me closer to him and kissed my forehead. Something was bothering me. And I had to ask.

Me: "Bruno?"

Bruno: "yeah, baby?"

Me: "why haven't you ever given me your blood?"

I sat up and looked at him to see his reaction.

Bruno: "because we never needed to do it. We naturally do. I felt you. I felt how scared you are that's how I came running back to you. Just not in time"

I faintly smile at him and rested my head onto his chest.

Me: "you said that I would feel something for him. I don't. Well. Only hate"

Bruno: "you will. You will soon."
