I woke up the morning of my first day to the sound of my alarm clock pounding my ear drums. I slammed my alarm clock with my entire palm, hitting it three or four times before finally getting it to shut off. I stared at the ceiling, perfectly still, pulling every ounce of courage and power out of the darkest corners of my body. Just willing myself to get up and do something productive before I'm late to my first day in hell, I mean school.
I finally get up, slowly, still half asleep, and put on my uniform A/N: 4 from the left and go into the bathroom. I brush my teeth, comb my hair, and put it into a cute messy bun which, for once, actually formed right. I dash down stairs and notice it's incredibly quiet. I look around, and the house is dark. The only light coming from the rising sun just above the tree line. I look at the clock thinking I am just up earlier than my mom, but it reads 6:00 am and although I wished it was the wrong time so I could go back to bed I'm not a second late for break fast. I put my bag down on my seat at the kitchen table and run back up stairs to my moms room. Her bed is nicely made and her room is sparkling clean. I shrug and trot back down stairs and paced towards the fridge. I found an extra piece of paper off the fridge, it read: "Lexi b-fast in fridge love you see you tonight have a great day, mum" I read the note quickly, rolled my eyes and opened the fridge. "Typical" I think to myself. I grab the toast and make breakfast. As soon as it's done I eat it and run to the bus. While on the bus my heart is pumping and my palms are sweating. I'm so nervous, the kids aren't introducing them selves. But maybe they don't see me? We turn down this long road, and about 19 minutes after that the bus is completely surrounded by trees. Not a building in sight, except the huge jail looking facility, we were rolling towards. I whimpered, nervous, and awaited death. Finally the bus came to a stop. I grabbed my stuff and jumped out of the bus and looked up. There was a girl that caught my eye almost immediately. She was gorgeous. A little shorter than me with beautiful brown hair and eyes you could sink into. The type of girl you wanted to be alone with... "SNAP out of it Lexi! It's your first day and you're already checking people out?!?"
