Kian:
It was 11:30 and Camila had not been back yet.

I knew that I was wasn't babysitting her but i aslo felt the need of looking out for her.

*doorbell rings*

I walked over to the door and opened it.

"I forgot my keys"camila said rubbing her eyes.

"I thought you left already?"she said going up the stairs.

I followed her.

"Uhm no,your mom isn't back yet so I am guessing i shouldn't leave yet"i said.

"May I"i said asking for permission to come into her room.

"Uhh yeah...."she chuckled, "You dont have to ask"

Her room was a mint color and she had what looked like christmas lights drapped from the sides of her bed.

"My room is a little messy so i'm sorry you have to see all of this"she said putting her backpack in the closet.

There was a long silence.

"How old are you"i asked.

She looked at me.

"17"she said.

"Really?"i asked.

"No i'm not"she said sarcastically.

"What about you"she said sitting next to me.

"Guess"i said.

"Uhm...well im getting the feeling you are 18ish?"she said.

I nodded my head.

"So why did you come to-" she checked her phone.

"Actually i'll save that question for later,i have to go to bed now"she said.

"Wait you're coming tomorrow right?"she asked.

"Yeah, and everyday after that, because that's the thing about baby sitting you have to be here everyday"i chuckled.

I stood up and walked towards the door.

"So I guess I will see you tomorrow, good night"i said politely.

"Good night"she said, and shut the door.

Camila:
*the next day*

So there was a snow storm today, which meant no school.

And there was no practice today either.

I was supper happy, I got to wear sweatpants,a sweater, and some cozy boots.

I still had to wake up early though,to do the laundry, honestly i didn't mind it.

I gatgered all my dirty clothes in my basket and headed downstairs.

*doorbell rings*

As i was walking down the stairs the bell rung.

"Hey, what are you doing here?"i asked kian.

He didn't seem bothered by the extremely cold wind.

"My job"he chuckled.

I pulled him in.

"It is freezing outside, and you're wearing this oh my gosh"i said closing the door.

"I'm not cold"he said running his fingers through his hair which kinda made him look like a hollister model.

"What are you up to"he said looking at my basket.

"Laundry"i said walking over to the laundry room.

He followed me.

I put my basket on top of the washer.

I forgot the laundry detergent so as went for it i tripped over my own feet.

Before i hit the ground Kian had caught me.

We made eye contact as he pulled me close to him to put me back on my feet.

His face so close to mine.

"You okay"he whispered without taking his eyes of my lips.

"Yeah"was all i whispered back.

Then i snapped out of it.

I slowly turned to walk over to the kitchen cabinet and grab the detergent.

And walked back to the other room.

I turned the washer on and poured some detergent.

"Nice underwear"i heard him say.

And then chuckled.

I looked up.

"What,oh my god you are...get out"i said pointing at the door.

Kian:
She made a face.

And kicked me out.

"Do i have to"i said.

"Well if you are going to be looking through my stuff then yes"she said.

"I wasn't you underwear was there literally where i could see it"i said.

She smirked.

"Shouldn't you be doing your job"she said putting her clothes in the washer.

"Your brother is at his friends house"i said.

She was finished and walked out of the laundry room.

I followed.

"I don't want to be rude but why are you here for then?"she said sitting in the kitchen table.

"Well i thought we could hang out,you know since i'll be here for quite some time mine aswell get to know the people who live in this house"i said.

She chuckled.

"Okay, but let me finish asking you the question i didn't get to ask you yesterday"she said.

I nodded.

"So why did you decide to come to washington"she said.

I paused, and tried to put my thoughts in order.

And so i lied.

"Well i used to live in Los Angeles and....my parents, they left, and i came to live with my uncle here,so that, uhm,i could start a better life"i finally said.

She smiled.

"I..i'm sorry for asking,i didn't mean to make you...uhh, uncomfortable"she she said.

"Oh no,no its fine, you didn't make me uncomfortable"i said quickly.
