Selena's POV:

I woke up this morning with a smile on my face as the memories of last night came flooding back.

"I'm in love with your daughter, sir. It's just as simple as that."  I couldn't believe the words that he just said. Jason McCann just admitted to being in love with me. Right in front of my father.

"Excuse me?" My father states and I think the look of shock on his face surprised us all.

"Get out. Selena is happy here. Maybe you should go visit your youngest daughter who has to live with her grandparents because her parents are too busy to take care of her." 

I didn't notice the anger on my dads face because the only thing I saw was Jason slamming the door in their faces. I hear him let out a deep breath before he faces me and I look up at his eyes.

"So.." He trails off and I smile; biting my lip out of habit.

"So.." I copy and he gives me a small smile.

"Tangled sounds perfect right about now."

I laugh and grab his hand dragging him back into the living room picking up the popcorn bowl which surprisingly didn't spill. We both sit back on the couch and I cuddle close into his side.

It may sound weird but listening to his heartbeat always helps me. It makes me feel safe in a way. He grabs the remote and plays the movie but I zone out and think of everything that just happened.

Jason McCann loves me.

So here I am walking out of the mall after catching up with Ally. I really missed talking to her but she had to leave early because of a family emergency. I feel a tap on my shoulder and I turn around seeing a smiling Jason.

"Did you follow me here?" I question with a raised eyebrow and he laughs.

"What? No, of course not." He says but his smile drops at my seriousness.

"Okay, maybe." He confesses and I try not to smile at his cute little face.

"But in all fairness the boys came along because they needed some new Supras." He says defensively and I playfully shame him.

"Anyway," he continues, "Looks like you got something too. Can I see?" He questions and his eyes go to the bag in my hand.

"Huh?" I ask and suddenly realize the Victoria Secret lingerie in the bag. I quickly put it behind my back and give him a reassuring smile as he gives me a questioning look.

"It's a surprise. It's.. It's actually for you. I just don't want you to see it yet." I say calmly and he slowly nods.

"Alright well how about you give your keys to one of the guys so I can take you somewhere with me?"

I smile at his words and glance behind him seeing the boys standing around each other on their phones. I start to walk to Dakota but for some reason I stop and make my way over to Jeremiah as he looks up from his phone. I dangle my keys in front of his face and a smirk makes its way on to his lips.

"I'm gonna go with Jason. Think you can manage to not completely wreck my car?"

"I'll try my hardest baby face." He says and my stomach does flips at the look he gives me. I realize we were both staring at each other longer than necessary and I quickly look away; clearing my throat in the process.
