"I can't believe it."

•Selena's POV•

I immediately get annoyed at the sound of Jeremiahs voice and when I see Jason's eyes turn red, I knew it couldn't be good.

"Who let you in?"

"I'll let you know your little pack is loyal. But nothing compared to mine."

Jason stands up and guards me as he stares at his brother.

"Jason you're my brother. We're family. It's silly of us to be fighting over a girl.."

Jason's head cocks to the side before he laughs.

"You may be my brother by blood but that sure as hell does not make you my family."

Jeremiah frowns and I notice him walk around the room while he inspects everything.

"Fine. We'll do this the hard way. I'm an alpha now. You know what that means? I'm just as strong, if not stronger, than you. My pack is stronger than yours. The only thing I'm missing is my lovely lady by my side."

His eyes dart to mine and I slowly get up walking to Jason's side. I hold on to his arm as his eyes remain on his brother.

"Selena, babe, I've missed you. Why don't you come with me?"

"Jeremiah let me inform you on something. I'm on my period. And do you know what that means? It means my ovaries feel like they're about to explode. There's a fucking waterfall of blood coming out of me every second and my moods are all over the place. My stomach is cramping so bad and I'm really not in the mood to deal with your bullshit right now. So leave us alone because Jason was doing a damn good job at trying to make me feel better."

I feel tears come to my eyes and for no reason I start crying.

"Why don't boys understand how hard it is? I didn't fucking ask for this and of course today, of all days, you try this shit with me. Just fucking leave me alone."

Jason quickly wraps his arms around me as I cry and I hold on to him tight.

"Uh.."

Jeremiah looks for the words to say before he swallows hard.

"I'll come back later. Have fun dealing with that brother."

I hear him make a beeline to the door and Jason ignores it as he leads me back over to the bed.

"It's okay my love. Just put the heating pad back on."

"I'm sorry I don't know why I'm crying. I really don't know."

"No don't apologize. It's alright, I'll go get you some hot chocolate or something. Would you like that?"

I nod and put the heating pad back on my stomach feeling some relief as I do so.

"Give me two minutes.."

He gives me one more worried glance over before he quickly runs out of the room. I groan and put my knees to my chest as the cramps keep happening.

Right now I wish I wasn't a girl.

This is the worst my period has ever been and I don't understand why.

•Jason's POV•

We're currently driving to the emergency room because something is really wrong with Selena.

It's 2am and she's been screaming all night about the pain in her stomach so I finally convinced her into letting me take her to the hospital. We tried to not wake the boys but of course, them being huge babies, were very concerned about Selena and wanted to come with us but I told them to stay and that we'd see them when we get back.
