Y/N's POV
My eyelids fluttered open, my vision adjusting to the light, and I almost panicked until I remembered where I was. I got up and stretched, before walking off to Flowey's pot, giving him some more water.
"Good morning [Y/N]!" Flowey said happily.
'Well that's new'
"Morning, Flowey." I said, as I grabbed my backpack, before stretching my arm out for Flowey to wrap around.
And at that moment a smell of pure agony attacked my nose.
It smelled like blood and decaying corpses blended with fat and bones, and It hit my nose like a truck.
I gagged at the smell and held one of my arms over my nose almost immediately, and aimed my other at the door lock. Footsteps came closer and I quickly retracted my arm.

Toriel walked in smiling, holding a pie that was oozing a slimy red substance. Her face switched from smiling to frowning as she beheld my facial expression. She extended her arm, smiling once more before I reached my hand out, the one that wasn't blockading my nose from the smell, to her before she grabbed it and walked out the door. She dragged me to the kitchen before placing the pie on the kitchen counter and ushering me to sit, which I did.
"Please try this blood pie, my child! I made it especially for you!" Toriel cheered. The arm that wasn't covering my nose dropped to my side, and It glowed a small bright F/C, before I used it to shield my nose from the stench. I dropped my other arm and looked up to see Toriel staring at me, probably waiting for me to try the pie. It looked absolutely disgusting. There was a slightly transparent-green substance leaking out of the corners of the pie, and the center filling was red and leaking as well.
"Sorry Toriel, but I'm not exactly hungry right now." I said, cringing as I pushed the plate away. Toriel frowned. "B-but I can eat it later if that's OK with you!" I quickly added so that she wouldn't get upset. She smiled and clapped, before taking the plate and placed it into the fridge.
I stood up and walked over to Toriel, giving her a hug and thanking her for the pie, even though I never intended to eat it. She stiffened but soon relaxed and returned the hug. She was the only one who ever treated me this nicely. Tears pricked the corner of my eyes but I quickly blinked them away. We finally pulled away from the hug, and Toriel gave me a smile.
It looked... genuine.
I wanted to stay with her. Even though she drags and grips tighter than she should be, she's treated me better than any human could.
I walked over to the couch and sat on it before grabbing my Sketchbook and pencilcase before opening up the book and taking out a pencil. I drew a good sketch of Toriel, but less menacing and insane, before colouring it in. I felt the couch sink next to me and saw Toriel sitting on the couch, staring intensely at the drawing I made of her. Her eyes widened in shock and awe.
I quickly wrote my initials on it before ripping the page carefully off the book and walking to the kitchen, where I used a magnet and hung it on the fridge door. She walked over to it and slowly, but carefully, placed her paw on the drawing, tears on the verge of spilling from her eyes before she turned to me and bent down once again to give me another hug. I jumped into her arms and felt Flowey stiffen on my shoulder before he leaned into the hug as well.
After what seemed like forever in my the hug, we pulled away, Toriel wiping her tears.
"Mom, why are you crying...?" I told Toriel. She looked at me again in awe before her tears ceased to fall.
