Chapter 5 - Football Skills

Beth's POV

*BEEP, BEEP, BEEP*

I was woken up by the annoying beeping sound of my alarm, UGH - It's 7am and I'm meant to be going out with the guys at 8:30am to film some football videos.

I'm kind of nervous cause it'll be the first time I've been in any videos on YouTube, and I kind of want to know what people will think of me - But then again I don't want to look at the comments just in case they hate me...

I finally got up out of bed and headed for the bathroom to have a shower

- 30 minutes later-

Its now 7:40am and luckily I've got 50 minutes to get ready - That should be plenty of time - Hopefully!!

As I'm getting dressed I put on the spare football kit Simon gave to me yesterday, only to realise the shirt was huge on me...

I walked into the kitchen to find JJ, Vikk and Josh there "Hey guys" , they all waved and smiled at me, "What's for breakfast?" I ask, "We've got some cereal"  Vikk replies "Okay thanks".

As I start to each my breakfast I begin to wonder where Simon is??? - It's not like I need to know where he is all the time, but I just wasn't too sure if he'd gone out or anything... "Looking forward to making some videos today???" JJ asked me, "Yeah, should be fun"  I reply.

Just then Simon walks in, and a smile slowly creeps up onto my face - Just seeing him makes me smile... "What's that your talking about??" He asks, "Oh, uh JJ was just asking me if I was looking forward to filming some videos with you guys" I reply, Simon smiles at me and nods his head, "And are you looking forward to it??" He asks, "Yeah, It'll be nice to get my revenge on you for beating me at FIFA!!" I said smirking. "Oh so you think you can beat me at football do ya??" He replies smirking back, "Yeah I'm pretty sure I've got a chance" I say.

Simon's POV

"I warn you now Simon's the best at football out of ALL the sidemen" Vikk says, "Well I'm up for a challenge" Beth replies smirking at me - God I love her smile, it's just so beautiful - She's just so beautiful - If only she would like me the same way I like her. Even when I walked into the kitchen a minute ago I just thought about how cute she looked in my football shirt - It was too big for her, but it just made her look even more attractive...

"OH ITS ON!!"  I said announcing it to everyone in the room, so that they'd know there was going to be a battle

Looks like the battles on... But who will win...

Beth's POV

The rest of the guys came over to get the gear for filming, and so they could sort out who's going in who's car - I was going with Vikk, Simon and Josh in Vikk's car, and Ethan, Tobi and JJ were going with Harry in his car.

As soon as we loaded up the car with the gear JJ told the others about the battle between me and Simon to see who's better at football, "Simon if you don't beat her you're never gonna live it down" Ethan said, "It's ok, cause I know I'll win" Simon replied, "Yeah I suppose - She is just a girl after all, and we've never seen her play, so she's probably shit" Ethan said.

"OI!! That's actually VERY rude!!" I shouted at them - I mean how rude!! That's just so stereotypical of a guy to say that about a girl... "Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean I'm gonna be shit!!" I said rather annoyed, "Yeah some of the best football players are girls" Tobi said trying to back me up - In the past few days whilst I've been living with the guys I've actually become rather close to Tobi; He's now like my best friend - We already know loads about each other and understand one another - We got to know one another better because Tobi's been coming round everyday to see me whilst the boys have been busy recording and editing, so we've formed a great bond...

"Plus you haven't actually seen her play football yet, so don't even know what she's like" Harry said also trying to help me out, "Yeah she could be like the female Ronaldo!!" Tobi said, "Yeah, yeah we'll see!!" JJ said rolling his eyes, not believing a word of what either Harry or Tobi were saying.

I went up to Tobi and Harry quickly - just before they got in their car "Thanks for trying to back me up guys" I said smiling to them both, "It's okay" Harry said, "Anytime, you're like my new best friend" Tobi said, "Yeah and your like my older sister" Harry replied "Thanks guys, now lets just see what happens when we get there"
