Chapter 8 - The Spice Contest

Vikk's POV

On the way back to the sidemen house me, Ethan, Harry, Josh and JJ went to the shops, to find the spiciest foods and sauces that we could find for Tobi, Simon and Beth's spice contest video, to see who can handle the most spice.

Once we got back to the house we began to set up the foods and sauces as Simon, Tobi and Beth were setting up the cameras and the lighting.

We ended up getting THE hottest sauce known to man, and a load of different chillis.

Simon's POV

Once we had all finished setting everything up, we decided that me and Beth would go head to head first, then whoever wins out of the 2 of us would battle it out with Tobi to see who is the spice King or Queen.

"Hey SETH battles it out again!!" Vikk yelled into the camera, "Yeah #SETHBATTLES!" Josh shouted, "NO #SETHFOREVER!!" Ethan yelled, "But what about EMON??!!" Harry said, "EMON is DEAD!!" Ethan shouted, laughing at what he just said, with me also pretending to look hurt to the camera.

"But only because I want SETH to be real" Ethan said into the camera, "Yeah lets get #SETH trending" JJ said laughing, making the rest of the guys begin to laugh, leaving me and Beth just looking at each other smiling and rolling our eyes at how silly they were being - Even though I wish it could be real...

After we had finished our intro we started with a mild hot chilli, then the chilli's began to get hotter and hotter until one of us couldn't carry on...

Now that just so happened to unfortunately be me...

"YES I WON, I WON" Beth yelled in a sort of chant, trying to rub it in my face, at how she had beat me once again.

"Yeah but I beat you at FIFA!!" I said trying to show off jokingly,"Whatever Simon" Beth said playing along with the joke and refusing to look at me.

Beth's POV

"Now its time for Tobi and Beth to battle it out, to see who is the spice King or Queen" Vikk said in his presenter voice into the camera.

We started off with some fairly hot chilli's (Hotter than the ones I ate in the round with Simon) then we began to eat some really hot ones, with the hottest sauce in the world...

Even though the sauce we had was supposed to be the hottest in the world, I still didn't think it was that hot - I mean, don't get me wrong, it was hot - but it was bearable, and I probably would eat it normally.

I turned to see Tobi begin to struggle with the EXTREMELY hot, hot sauce - but he wasn't done yet, and neither was I...

"What are we gonna do now?? They've had all the spiciest food we had??" Vikk said... "Wait a minute don't we still have those Carolina Reapers left over from the video I did??" Simon replied, "Yeah I think we do!! Can you check the fridge please Vikk, they should be in there" Josh said to Vikk.

"Yeah, we've still got them!!" Vikk yelled, "Wait a minute... I swear the Carolina Reaper is THE hottest chilli in the world??" I asked worriedly, "Yeah, but your not scared are you??!!" JJ said tauntingly into the camera...

"NO, bring it on!!" I said proudly, wondering what I had just got myself into....

"Well then, let the battle commence!!" Josh said.

As soon as I bit into the chilli, the spice of it hit me, and it hit me hard... for a minute I was struggling and didn't think I would be able to last... but all of a sudden the spice became bearable, and I didn't need milk or anything to help.

But then I turned to Tobi and it looked like he was really struggling, so he started to drink the milk to help him - I felt really sorry for him, because it looked like he was about to be sick, and I was really worried about him...

"Tobi are you okay??!! I'm seriously worried about you, you look like your about to puke!!" I said worriedly, "I think I am about to puke!!" Tobi replied.

"HOW are you handling this so well??!!" Harry asked me shocked, "I don't have a clue?? It was bad at first but now its bearable" I replied... surprised myself that I didn't need any milk or anything to help me.

"I seriously CAN'T believe you haven't had any milk or anything to help you??!!" Ethan said, "Yeah you must be the first person on YouTube to make it without needing anything to help" Vikk replied.

"When I did it I ended up chucking my guts up!!" Ethan stated, "Oh yeah I forgot about you eating one of these" I said, thinking back to watching the video of Ethan eating the Carolina Reaper and being really ill after it - I mean he kept chucking his guts up, then it started coming out of his nose - That's NOT healthy!!

"Yeah, I thought I was going to die!!" Ethan said laughing, "Tobi are you alright now?? Do you need us to get anything for you??" Simon asked Tobi worriedly, "NO I GIVE UP!!! Can you please just pass me the Ice cream!!" Tobi shouted.

"Oh My God so.... Beth's won!!! She's the new Queen of spice!!" Josh announced, "Any last words Tobi??" Vikk said in his presenter voice, "Yeah.... NEVER AGAIN!!!" Tobi said into the camera, still trying to recover from the spice of the chilli.

So Beth's won, what will happen next...
