Chapter 10 - Meeting the Cals

The next day...
Beth's POV
I was woken up by the sound of JJ shouting "WAKE UP BETH!!!", I tried to cover my face with the pillow but JJ took it off of me. "WAKE UP SLEEPY HEAD!!", "Whyyy??" I moaned - annoyed at the fact I had been rudely awoken by JJ shouting at me...
"Your meeting the Cals today remember??" Vikk said entering the room, "Oh yeah!!" I said suddenly remembering - I completely forgot, I don't know how considering they're both 2 of my favourite YouTubers, but somehow I did...

After I finally woke up, I went to have a shower, but once I got out of the shower I accidentally bumped into Simon, wanting to use the bathroom himself - Oh yeah I forgot to mention my room's opposite Simon's and we share a bathroom between both of our rooms...

Simon's POV
I walked out of my room to go and use the bathroom I shared with Beth, but as I was about to walk into the bathroom, the door suddenly opened to reveal Beth, dressed in just a towel, and still damp from her shower - And I mean WOW she looked even more beautiful when she'd just come out of the shower - I don't know why but something about her with the water droplets on her body made her look almost angelic for some reason, with the sun beaming from the window behind her.

"I uhh... I'm so sorry, I didn't realise you were in the shower!!" I apologised to Beth, "Oh... It's fine don't worry about it, I'm finished in there now anyway" She said smiling at me, I think she was just trying to make the situation a lot less awkward...
"Well... I.. Uh.. Better have a shower now" I said quickly trying to get away from this extremely awkward situation, "Okay, well I'll talk to you when your out the shower then" Beth replied, "Uh... Yeah... Sure talk to you in a bit" I said quickly closing the door behind me - SMOOTH SIMON...SMOOTH I thought to myself - I don't think I could've made myself act any more of an idiot if I tried... She probably thinks I'm a complete weirdo now!!

* Later on - Just before they're about to meet up with the Cals
Beth's POV
Simon was acting really weird earlier - And I mean weirder than usual... Maybe it's just because he doesn't like me and finds it awkward taking to me??

Oh well... I'm just looking forward to meeting the Cals for the first time and filming some videos with them!!

I got into the car with Josh driving, Simon in the passengers seat, and me and Vikk in the back.
"So are you looking forward to meeting the Cals then Beth??" Vikk said to me, "Yeah I am, I just hope they like me" I said nervously... "I'm sure they will!!" Vikk said trying to reassure me.

Once we got down to the pitch I saw the rest of the guys run over from the distance, with Harry approaching me "Hey Beth, the Cals will just be down in a bit, they were running late, so I got a lift with Tobi", "Okay, so what are you guys planning on filming??" I asked, "Well I know both Cals wanted to film some stuff for their channels, I'm not too sure what though??" Harry replied, "And I wanted to do a dizzy penalties challenge" Ethan said coming over.

As we were practicing penalties whilst we were waiting for the Cals to turn up, Harry shouted "THEY'RE HERE!!", " Ayyyyy you guys ready to get thrashed" Freezy shouted walking over to the rest of us with Callux.

"Nahhhh see that's not gonna happen Cal, cause we've got Beth" Simon joked, "So this is the famous Beth I see??" Callux said looking at me, "Uhhh.. Yeah... That's me" I said nervously "Not so sure about the famous part though" I said laughing, "Well the guys never shut up about you, especially Simon!!" Callux said turning to Simon, who was blushing.

- Simon talks about me??!!! I wonder what he says about me??

"Yeah all he ever says is 'Beth this, Beth that' but I don't blame him now seeing you in person..." Freezy said winking at me, I just blushed, "The guys said you were hot, but I didn't believe them - seeing as their version of hot and my version of hot, are two completely different things- but for once they were right" Freezy said laughing, "HEY!!!" Harry and Ethan both said clearly offended by Freezy's comment.

"Right well we better be getting on with filming the videos" Josh interrupted, "Yeah before we lose our spot on the pitch!!" Simon said rather annoyed - I'm not sure if he was annoyed at the fact that we were wasting the pitch time, or that I was talking to the Cals??? - I'm sure it wouldn't be because of the Cals though...Could it???

Simon's POV
I can't believe Freezy right now.. Flirting with Beth like that!!! Firstly he's late, then he's wasting our pitch time!!! And now he's flirting with Beth!!
I mean I know Beth isn't mine, but like I've said before, I couldn't stand to see her flirt with another guy let alone be with someone else...

I don't know what this feeling is I'm feeling right now?? - Jealousy maybe??? - I don't know, but whatever it is, all I know is I'm annoyed at Freezy for doing that...

*After filming the Videos for the guys' channels
Beth's POV
After we finished filming the videos, I was helping pack away the camera equipment, when the Cals both came over to me.

"Uhh... Hey guys" I said smiling, "Hey Beth, we just wanted to say how well you did in those challenges today" Callux said, "Aww thanks guys"I said blushing "But I'm really not 'THAT' good!!" I said shaking my head, "Course you are!! You won nearly all the challenges today" Callux said, "Yeah but I'm sure that was just luck" I replied, "Nah that wasn't luck... That was pure skill!!" Freezy said, "Well thanks" I said flattered at what the guys were saying - I mean I know people tell me I'm good at football, but I really don't think I'm 'THAT' good, so when people give me compliments on my football skills I'm flattered, but I still don't believe I'm as good as they say I am...
"Yeah Cal wouldn't shut up about how good you played" Callux said, "Well thanks guys, but I really must finish packing this stuff away", "Do you need any help??" Freezy asked, "Are you sure??" I said surprised, "Yeah course, what do you want me to do??", "Uhh... Can you pass me those tripods and GoPro's over there please" I said pointing over to where the cameras and tripods were.

*Once they've finished packing away the camera equipment
Beth's POV
"Thanks for helping me put the camera equipment away Cal" I said to Freezy smiling, "It was my pleasure to help such a beautiful lady like yourself" Cal said bending down to kiss my hand.

"So I was wondering seeing as we're going back to the sidemen house in a minute, would you like to film a video with me??" Cal said nervously...

Freezy's POV
Even though I had only met Beth a few hours ago, I had already fallen for her, she was beautiful - and not 'fake' beautiful either, she was naturally beautiful , plus her being good at football and having a great personality was a bonus... the only downside though was that she wasn't ginger, but that doesn't matter that much - maybe that could be the reason I was single???

So I thought before we go back to the sidemen house and just all hangout together, I should ask her if she wants to film a video with me, which also means I can get to know her better...

"So I was wondering seeing as we're going back to the sidemen house in a minute, would you like to film a video with me??" I asked her nervously waiting for her reply...

"Yeah sure what were you thinking of filming??" She asked smiling at me, "Does a 'Would you rather' video sound good to you???", " Yeah that sounds great!!" She said smiling.

Simon's POV
I was putting the last of the camera equipment in Josh's car, when I saw Freezy talking to Beth walking in my direction, and I heard him ask her if she wanted to film a video with him, and she said yes - she said YES!! I can't believe Freezy... He's trying to get with the girl I LIKE...

I better try and make my move with Beth before it's too late...

So what's gonna happen next for Beth, with 2 of the guys wanting to win her over...

A/N - Hey guys I thought I would just say how I tried to make this chapter longer than the last one (because the last one was short) and I've actually managed to make this my longest chapter so far with it being over 1500 words long, so I hope your happy with this long chapter!! - Sorry for anyone who feels it's too long, but there was a lot I wanted to fit into one chapter, because a lot's gonna happen in the next few chapters!!
