I wake up to see we fell asleep on the couch. I try to get up, but my legs start shooting in pain. I whimper, Justin stirs and wakes up, "babe are you ok?"
"I'm fine" I state quickly, he looks at me telling me he knows I'm not ok. He gets up and turns around and picks me up into his arms. He carries me into the bathroom, "baby I have to change the bandage on your ribs" my ribs were badly injured in the crash, but are healing, so is my leg.
He sets me on the counter and lifts my shirt. He slowly rips the bandage off, I whimper in pain "I know it hurts baby, it's almost done"
He gets it off and rubs the cream on my ribs. It's cold but it takes some of the pain away. He wraps it and then carries me to the kitchen and sets me down on the counter. "What do you want for breakfast?" I shrug, he sighs
"do you want to go out for breakfast?"
"Sure, we should invite Jimmy and Nancy"
"ok" he grabs his phone and calls Jimmy.
He hangs up and turns towards me "we are meeting them at ihop in 20"
"ok" I say and grab my crutches and make my way upstairs, you make it to the steps and are out of breath, this sucks. Justin comes behind me and picks me up and carries up the stairs "I hate not being able to do anything by myself" he grabs my hips and spins me so I'm facing him.
"I like taking care of you, do you need help getting dressed?"I blush and put my head into his chest. He chuckles, I sit down and he helps me get changed. Once he is ready he carries me back down the stairs. He sets me down and grabs my crutches. He opens the door and I hop out the door. We make our way to the car and I get in the car without Justin's help. He kisses my forehead before running to get into his side. He gets in and we leave the house.
We get to the restaurant, Justin gets out and opens the door for me.
Cameras flash in my face. Blinding me.
Jamie how are you?
Are you recovered?
Justin are you going to leave Jamie?
Are you pregnant?
Justin are you going to propose?
New music for both of you?
Justin walks beside me and keeps a hand on my shoulder, one of the paps push into me and I fall. Justin helps me up and he comes face to face with the person.
"Don't you guys have something better to do? I'm trying to enjoy my day, could you just leave us alone" Justin yells.
He puts his hand back on my shoulder and leads me into the restaurant. As soon as we get in there, he turns to me, "are you ok?"
"Yea, my leg hurts a little"
"tell me if your in a lot of pain and we will go home ok?"
"Okay" he leans down and kisses me, I kiss him back, he leans his forehead against mine. "I've missed kissing you", I smile, he kisses me again.
"Now is not the time to kiss your girl Justin" I hear from behind me to find Jimmy and Nancy.
"Jamie" Nancy says and comes over to me, "how are you feeling?"
"I'm alright. We had an incident outside with the paps" I say, "they are so annoying"
A waiter leads us to our table. Justin helps me in the booth and sets my crutches down.
