Ryan was amazed. "Y-you're Elyon..? So...you'll return to Alaska?" Elyon looked at Coleen. "Leave." Rincewind hugged Ryan. "No honey, I'll stay with you in Denver." Ryan wrapped his arms around Rincewind. "I hope so, my guilty pleasure." Then they said the number of their flight and they had to leave. When Ryan opened the door from his house, Rincewind opened her mouth. There was everything so huge and beautiful. There came an old woman. "Hello, you're gonna live here?" She agreed. "I'm Laurie, cook of Mr. Tedder." "It's nice to meet you." Rincewind took her things and laid them to the stairs. "I'm glad, that I met you, Ryan."

Ryan and she spent their evening talking about their lives, their childhood and teenage. Ryan showed her his photo album. Rincewind took a photo. He looked at it and saw himself, looking to the floor, with a black hat on his head, very young, with light beard and young soft hands. "I was around 20 years old. I love this time and this style of clothing." His appearance almost didn't change. He still wore big hats and looked the same way.
