If there was any chance of volition that this generation could make the difference, it had to be taken. But with no palpable differences at their birth, only time will tell if these children will truly be the key to Earth's salvation. Not only for humanity but also for the place they live in. Even if that is the case, can they get the better of the ignorance that destroyed the planet in the first place?
