First day of school! (Chappie 1 part 2)

[Sophia's POV]

"Um, I'm partners with Cody, he asked first. Sorry." Nicole apologized then shrugged. I groaned and got my notebook and doodled again.

Then I felt a presence in front of my desk, I slowly looked up and saw a pair of Sky Blue eyes staring down at me. I quickly shut my notebook and I wrapped my arms around it.

"Hi.." I let out a small smile, making Ken smile back at me. I stared at Nicole with frightening eyes then looked back to those sparkling eyes.

"You need a tutor?" Ken asked, making me look around the room. I saw the 4th year students scattered around, talking to some of the people in my classroom.

"I guess so? Are you the only choice? Oh dear.. um..." I fumbled with my words, I was really nervous and if I had him as my tutor... How would I study now?!

"Well, if you want to jump off the window and find a partner out there... you can?" Ken pointed at the window. I guess he was the only one left... I have to pick him or I'll fail! Maybe he's not that smart? Ah! So much doubts going through my head. AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT!!

"I don't need your sarcasm, Ken. I need to pass and you better make me pass" I warned him. If he didn't make me pass, my mom will kill me! I'll make sure I'll kill Ken first before I die. I swear to God.

"How do you think I got into 4th year?" He asked cockily

"Uh, you just passed and maybe seduced some people. Obviously" I rolled my eyes at him then he walked away. OH NO, NO NO NO NO NO. 

"Wait! Don't goooo!!" I stood up and grabbed his shirt. He turned around and looked at me and smirked. That bastard, I really hope he can make me pass.

"So, I'm your "tutor" now?" Ken smiled at me. I couldn't help but smile back cause he was so... cute! I mean that smile! I could take a picture of it and post it on my wall!

"Yep? So, what subjects are you good at?" I asked. Well... I just had to ask because if he's smart in the subjects I'm not smart at, that'll be a big advantage! Yes! Genius Soph.

"P.E., Math, History and some other more subjects" Ken used his fingers to count the subjects while I was just back on my seat, swinging my legs. Thank god he's good in Math and History! And those other subjects... I'll just find out when he tutors me... I looked at the other side of the classroom and I saw some girl laughing with her friends then a brunette haired, from the group walks over to Ken and taps his shoulder.

"Hello, Mr. Muscle" The girl purred, she placed her hands on his arms and left them there. I started feeling uncomfortable so I looked to my left side and saw Nicole just talking with Cody. Well, at least now I can talk to my buds...

"Hey guys! How's it going?" I smiled, getting weird looks from Nicole and Cody. 

"It's been good? Oh, and who's your tutor?" Cody placed his elbows on Nicole's table, seeming interested.

"It's... your brother" I leaned on my left arm, getting bored of this class.

"MY BROTHER?!" Cody stood up from his seat and shakes my shoulders like I'm crazy. I couldn't blame him though, I would've been surprised if I had a brother tutoring someone.

"Does she really need to say it again?" Nicole said as she placed her fingers on the desk, making imaginary circles on it.

"Still! My brother? Are you insane?!" Cody slammed his fist on my table. Jeez, what's up with that dude?

"I am in-fact very insane. I'm getting tutored by your brother! So? What's wrong with that? He seems good at the subjects I'm not really good at!" I swiped Cody's fists off my table, then grabbed my doodle notebook. 

"You know, just give him a try. Don't listen to whatever Cody says, they're brothers anyway" Nicole patted me at the back.

"I'm already giving him a try! Jeez, I would've rejected him if I didn't give him a try. Duh" I stuck my tongue at her then laughed.

"Let's study together after school" I turned around and saw Ken grinning. Well, good luck to me I guess.
