So first of all.... this chapter is short! I'm sorry! I lost my draft of this entire story at home! I promise to make part 2 LONGER. 2 pages to be exact or more! Just please continue reading and be patient! :D

[Sophia's POV]

"Let's study together after school" I turned around and saw Ken grinning. Well, good luck to me I guess.

"Um... I have plans. Oh! We can study tomorrow!" I said, pointing to Nicole for some reason. 

"Tomorrow is a Saturday, Sophia" Ken stated, making my bang my head on my desk. Well... on Monday! Wait... why do I have to study?! We have no topics to discuss!

"Ken... I have no topics to study right now! Why do you want to study so early?!" I punched him lightly at the arm. Ken just shrugged, it was so obvious that he was so new to tutoring. 

*RING!* *Time skip to the end of school* (A/N, I hateeee schoool. I see no need to discuss whatever but I'll put some subjects in the story. Now continue reading!)

I was walking with Nicole to where her mom parked her car. We were going to Nicole's house cause... why not? It's fun there! Plus, she has an xBox 360! Just dance!!! When we finally got to the car, we got in and greeted Nicole's mom. She drove out of the school and onto the road. Finally, I don't have to see that school. I hate school.

"So, how was school? I know that the first day of school isn't the best..." She said, looking at us when the light on the stoplight turned red.

"It was good? We had the get a "tutor" for every subject, even if it was just during Science class" I looked at her mom then looked at the window. I looked at the orange sky, it made me think of how time ran so fast. School was finally here... again!

"Did you make any friends, Nicole?" Her mom asked, obviously interested in who might be going to Nicole's house soon.

"Uh... I made two new friends" Nicole smiled. I snorted, her mom completely oblivious to the fact that the two new friends were guys. After a few minutes of talking, we finally arrived to Nicole's house. It was a 2 floored house with a brown gate, I loved going there because it's big! I live in an apartment and it has 5 or 6 floors, my "house" isn't big so Nicole's house seems like the best place to hang out!

Opened the car door and ran inside Nicole's house, I went upstairs opened Nicole's bedroom door. I hopped on her bed and just kept shouting "Yay!"

"Sophiaaaa! Why are you so fast and excited? Please get off my bed" Nicole made a shooing motion at me and I hopped down her bed.

"Can we get chips? Whoo! Chips! Chips chips chips!" I chanted while fist pumping the air. I went on her bed and lied down there. Next thing I know, a Lays bag is on my face.

"Sorry!" Nicole apologized, when I let out an "Oof" sound. I opened the bag and smelled sour cream, my favorite! I took one chip in my mouth then munched on it and another... and another.

"So, what should we do today?" I asked when I was done munching on a chip. 

"I don't know..." Nicole took a seat beside me and got one chip from the bag.

"We should dance! Just dance! Whoop!" I kinda yelled, when I got another chip. Then Nicole got off her seat on the bed, to prepare the xBox for an amazing Just Dance game! I sat up and put the bag on the bed. 

"It's ready! Let's dance, yay!" Nicole grabbed my arm and pulled me nearer to the xBox. I felt a fuzzy thing under me so I looked down and saw a purple carpet. 

"Carpet!" I yelled and rolled around that fuzzy thing. It felt so good, like little feathers below me!

"Okay, we need to start now, Soph..." Nicole pulled me up and chose 'Can't Hold Us' by the awesome Macklemore! I've always loved dancing, I danced since I was Grade 1 but obviously... I'm not as good as those who were in the dance group in my old school.

"MACKLEMORE! I can't believe you chose that, whoo! I love this song!" I fist pumped the air, while the song was starting.

*After some awesome dancing and some other songs*

"I'm tired... Can I just lay in your bed forever?" I sighed, face planting myself onto Nicole's purple bed.

"I wish. But you know... FOOD IS COMING" Nicole said excitedly. I loved food but sleep or some kind of resting seemed more important than food.

"But... but... I'm fat and tired..." I groaned, then I smelled lovely chicken. I stood up quickly, making my head ache for a few seconds, and saw where the lovely smell was coming from. Chicken is good and yummy. Good for Sophia. Yum.

"Yeah... Now you want to get up. Great" Nicole walked over to the table inside her room and sat on a chair by the table. We were having fun and eating a lot until my phone started vibrating in my pocket. Who could that be? I didn't give anyone my number on the first day of school. I got my phone and answered the anonymous call.

"Hello? Who's this?" I asked, going outside Nicole's room, slowly.

"Um.. This is Ken" Just hearing that made me suck in my breath and blink my eyes, multiple times. I knew this wasn't true, I know it.

"Uh... I'm sorry... who is this again?" I asked, with a bit of anger evident in my voice.

"Ken. You know... Cody's older brother? Your tutor?" Ken rambled on about what else happened in school.

"Okay okay, I get it but... how did you get my number?!" I sat by the stairs, still kind of pissed.

"Nicole gave it to me. I asked her and she gave your number" Nicole.... why do you do these kind of things?!

"Um.. I need to go... you know... dinner? Yeah, uh.. bye" I hung up before he could say anything then I face palmed myself. How could I just hang up like that? Actually... why would Nicole give in so easily?

"NICOLE!"
