A/N - So. Here. We. Are. I just found out that the story for the writing contest isn't due until August 31st, so I used the time I set aside for that to work on Unmasked. Which was a lot. I did not have any ideas for it. Yeaaah...

Welp, here's a VERY early update, and the next one will be within the first week of Summer! UNEXPECTED UPDATE FOR THE WIIIIN!

While Marinette was exploding into a billion hearts, Adrien still hadn't recovered from his mini-panic attack. She liked him.

A few minutes pass. "Hey, Princess, I think I have a way to get our stuff back," he said.

"What?" she pushed for an answer, raising her head.

"It's a secret."

"Tell me!"

"If I told you, it wouldn't be a secret!" Leave it to Chat to try and make a joke. At least it wasn't one of his puns.

"Come on, Kitty Kitty!" Marinette pleaded.

"I'll tell you one thing," he sighed. "Lots and lots of cheese."

**Wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey skipparoo**

"Annnd.. there!" Marinette smiled, placing a smelly block of cheese on the fountain. 'This plan is ridiculous... Camembert? How is a stinky excuse for cheese going to help them?' Marinette thought.

After their identities were revealed, Adrien and Marinette knew that they couldn't go home. God knows what their parents would do to them, and they needed to retrieve their Miraculouses as soon as possible. Adrien didn't tell her the full plan, just that she needed to meet him in the park (Remember Stormy Weather? Yeah there -.-'). He had put some Camembert around the area, and instructed Marinette to spread out the remaining cheese.

"So, what's this cheese got to do with anything? How did you get the Camembert?" she asked Adrien, leaning up against a tree. Marinette was still surprised by how confident she sounded, like all her nervousness vanished; Usually when she talked to Adrien she was a stuttering mess. Maybe, she concluded, it was losing her Kwami and earrings to Hawkmoth.

He chose to ignore the second question. "Plagg will do anything for Camembert; it's his favorite. He can be a sneaking little Kwami when he wants to be. Hopefully he will smell the cheese and find his way here," he replied.

"Plagg? What kind of name is that?" Marinette scoffed.

"What is the name of your Kwami?"

"Touché."

Adrien grinned. "Exactly, my lady. If Plagg comes to claim his Camembert, he'll scoot right back to Hawkmoth. We're gonna follow him and find our Miraculouses."

"And if Plagg doesn't come?" she challenged.

"Then it's back to square one. Don't worry, I doubt Hawkmoth gives Plagg Camembert. He's coming. We just have to play the waiting game." He sat on the ground, leaning on the tree.

"This is gonna take forever!" Marinette groaned.

*Timeskip*

It was a long time indeed. People began to leave the park as the sun dipped below the horizon, but Marinette and Adrien stayed behind. As people walked by the two, they did their best not to look at them, knowing that they were the duo that they once were the protectors of Paris. Marinette looked down. She thought that they would react differently, being angry that Ladybug and Chat Noir lost to Lady WiFi. They were avoiding them, like it they interacted with Marinette and Adrien that something bad would happen to themselves or their children.
