NARUTO

The blonde woke up, a little groggy from yesterday's hyperactivity.

He stretched his arms out, and soon cracking his neck and knuckles.

He rubbed his eyes and stood silent for a moment.

He let out a sigh of relief. He knew today will always be a good day.

And in fact, today will be the day he'll be placed in a team.

He got out of his bed, and headed to the bathroom.

Filling up the cup, and squeezing toothpaste out of the tube as he put it on the toothbrush.

That was his morning routine.

First, getting up, stretching a little.

Second, brush his teeth and take a hot shower.

Third, dress up in his usual ninja outfit.

Then lastly, heading to his cloud-nine restaurant.

Ichiraku Ramen.

As soon as he was there, the chef already knew what he wanted since this is the place where he had his breakfast.

And therefore, he's got discount and didn't have to pay at a certain price.

Almost everyone in the village adored him after all.

"Arigatō." Naruto thanked the chef and pulled out the chopsticks. Starting his own happy meal.

SAKURA

The pinkette was on her way to the academy.

Her pace quickened as usual, since she didn't wanna end up late.

But while walking fast, she didn't notice her surroundings, so there came a thud.

A disturbed Sakura growled, unleashing her temper when someone gets in her way.

"I'm sorry I-" Before that voice could even say sorry, Sakura was heating in rage.

"YOU BETTER WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING!" She snapped at him. But as she turned to look up from the ground, she saw Sasuke.

Her glare faded, and she frowned. A little ashamed for yelling.

"Sorry. But please, will you watch where you're going?" She cleared her throat, and said in an even proper manner.

"Hn." The Uchiha answered in a cool manner.

"I'm going ahead now. See you later, Sasuke-kun." Sakura said, dusted herself off and walked ahead, but she was stopped.

Sasuke grabbed her wrist. "Sakura-chan. Can we walk together?" He asked.

Her face was blank, confused, but she nodded.

'YOU LITTLE UCHIHA! LET'S NOT HOPE YOU'RE LIKING ME BECAUSE OF MY APPEARANCE! I DON'T GET ATTRACTED BY PEOPLE LIKE YOU! SO STOP WITH ALL THIS CLICHE' MOMENTS!'

Her inner self thought. No one knew that she would be torturing you from the inside, with her thoughts.

If she hates you, her inner self loses it's temper.

But more of when boys like Sasuke act cool, she will never get attracted to him.

SASUKE

When the pinkette accepted his offer, he couldn't have any choice but to feel happy.

Obviously, the little Uchiha didn't care about his fan-girls.

Nor did he care about his top rival, Naruto.

They were both famous by blood, and by looks.

And by blood, they're not brothers. But from the fathers and mothers before them.

Meaning, one, from a powerful clan.

And two, the son of the Fourth Hokage.

The blonde had it's own way of charm, and also the raven-haired boy.

Although Naruto was actually the show-off type, the competitive type, the noisy-type, Sasuke was the prodigy.

He's known as the top student, and the one next to him was Haruno Sakura.

While Naruto, even if he is famous, still was the lowest.

People who adore him didn't care at all, even if he was low-ranked.

Still Naruto, tried to prove that he can win over Sasuke, the prodigy himself.

But every time they beat each other up, the little Uchiha would win.

While Sakura thinks that boys are stupid.

"Sakura-chan."

"What?"

"Um...what do you think of...me - I mean...Naruto?" What just came out of his mouth?

"He's an annoying, but famous idiot. But, I think he may be nice too." Sakura replied, and Sasuke nodded.

"What about me?" Sasuke added.

"You?"

"...Okay. One, you are an awesome prodigy that came from the Uchiha clan. Amazing."

"Two, you may be cool and famous like Naruto, but both of you are idiots for fighting over fame and intelligence."

'Wow...how straightforward of her.' He thought.

"And third, well. I don't care about you boys, who're trying to get my attention. I have a goal to achieve and I don't need anymore distractions."

Sasuke was left speechless, but he stood silent and probably a little offended.

But he won't give up just yet, to prove her guts that he can win her.

He may be a 12-year old, but still.

He wasn't used to a girl with this attitude.

So determined, serious, but cheerful in anyway.

And to admit, he DOES, like Sakura.
