The day went on after Kakashi explained to them the importance of teamwork and how it shouldn't be neglected by one. Team 7 figured they needed time to strengthen their teamwork and of course their physical abilities.

So right now, Kakashi enhanced their sparring session. Normally the duels like their lives depended on it. Naruto was assigned to fight with Sakura, he wanted to take it easy on the young kunoichi.

He knew that if they switched training partners once in a while, they wouldn't get overused with each other's techniques and end up being useless if ever one of them gets injured.

While he fought with Sasuke, he blocked a few of his flying kicks with his one arm, the other, using it to throw him off the ground. The Uchiha managed to slip down, using it as an advantage to deliver a jaw attack from below.

Astonished, Kakashi jumped back. "Good work, Sasuke." Sasuke smirked and ran towards the silver-haired, holding a kunai with one hand and his other hand, preparing three shurikens.

Kakashi ran forward, afterwards preparing a roundhouse kick from which Sasuke dodged and countered it with a clash between kunai. The jōnin remained amused.

"You seem to be planning something, what is it?"

The Uchiha smirked. Three shurikens flew towards Kakashi, but the first one was deflected by his kunai, while the other two, were outmaneuvered by Sasuke with thin hidden razor wires, he pulled it towards his direction and formed hand seals.

"Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu!"

He shot a fireball from his mouth and Kakashi jumped from the attack. 'Hm, a diversion?' Kakashi jumped back down. Sasuke launched another set of shurikens towards Kakashi's direction. He knew he had perfect aim, and he was gonna score.

"You're mine! Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu!" He shot small balls of flame along with the flying shurikens. The projectiles successfully hit Kakashi as he lay flat on the ground.

Sasuke smirked in victory, but once the flames died down, he realized it was just a substitution. He stood on his own guard, watching for an incoming presence. He held a kunai as a sign of defense.

He felt the ground rumble beneath his own ground, and there he saw his sensei, his fist raised and how he made full thrust up to his jaw. Sasuke widened his eyes and narrowly dodged it, allowing Kakashi to hit him partially.

"You've noticed?" Kakashi questioned. "In the knack of time." Sasuke answered. "Teme! He hit me twice with that technique!" Naruto intervened. "Which proves I was better than you in the first place, dobe."

"Nandato?!" The Uzumaki scowled. "Despite experiencing that for the first time, I beat you to it." Sasuke said. Under his breath, Naruto swore. "I already beat Sakura-chan tho! We'll go for the next -"

Sakura stood up, surprising him with a jab on the stomach. "Baka! Never let your guard down!" Sakura reminded and positioned into a fighting stance. Naruto rubbed his stomach painfully for a matter of ten seconds.

"That hurt, Sakura-chan..." He moaned. "This is a spar Naruto. Please take it seriously!" She ordered and started kicking him. Naruto blocked it with two arms and went to deliver a punch on her cheek.

She dodged it and did the same thing to her opponent, who blocked it and dodged her recent attacks as well. Naruto started throwing shurikens towards her. She deflected most of it with her kunai. While the rest, she relied on dodging it.

The next thing, she started throwing shurikens of her own. They were all swiftly dodged by Naruto and he brought out his kunai. The two clashed and started applying taijutsu techniques.

Naruto landed a kick down to her waist and she slipped down from her position, though she got back up. Sakura started to plan some traps for the blonde idiot.

As she was devising a plan, Naruto started charging at her, fists clenched and ready to punch through her opening. Her wall of defense wasn't ready yet, so she frantically jumped backwards and did a flip to the side, avoiding each of Naruto's kicks.

"You fight too Sakura-chan!"

"I know!" She retorted and ran towards Naruto. Sakura forgot about planning, and from the dust that almost covered her magenta qipao dress, she was at her limit.

She threw five shurikens directly at him, but he substituted himself and suddenly appeared behind her back. He held a kunai and pointed it towards her neck, though he halted.

"That was great, Naruto." Sakura complimented the blonde idiot. "Arigatō, Sakura-chan! You did great as well dattebayo!" He raised his thumb in recognition. She plastered a smile across her face.

"Still though, I need to work on my taijutsu, and I figured you and Sasuke-kun could help me out."

"We'll do!" He answered. "Can you still fight?" He asked and she shook her head. Without hesitation, she slumped her back on the wooden training post, panting. "That was one good spar!" She exclaimed.

"Did I go too rough?" Naruto made sure, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly. "No you didn't Naruto. In fact, I won't learn if you use the same techniques on me all the time." She replied reassuringly.

"I sure could use some ramen for lunch right now!" Exasperated, Sakura said, "You just had that one or two days ago!" The Uzumaki chortled. "I guess the word ramen can't escape from my head these days! My appetite was always focused on that too..."

"You can't always eat ramen you know? It's bad for your health if you can't at least eat vegetables and fruits." She said. "I'm kind of picky with those!" He retorts, earning an irk mark on the Haruno's forehead.

"Idiot! Do you wanna get sick?" This time, she addressed her concern in a worriedly tone. "No I don't. Though, I wish I won't get sick even though I don't really eat vegetables." Naruto said.

"That's impossible." She mumbled. Then, the two turned their eyes to the two who were still sparring. They've been going at it for almost an hour, even Naruto was exasperated. Well, he only settled down to have ramen and the next thing, he's back in town.

"Oi Sasuke! Have you started to become like me??" He mused. "Urusai, dobe." Naruto gagged from his response and pointed a finger accusingly at him while scowling, "As if I will!"

Sakura sighed. "You still have the energy to argue?" She scowled.
