Chapter 31:
3rd POV"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!?!" Crimson yelled at her sister. "WE HAD ONE TASK: TO KEEP OUR DISTANCE FROM YAKUNAN!! WHY COULDN'T YOU DO THAT!?"
Her sister didn't reply, she only glared at the ground. "I can't believe your reached like that, Pure. I mean, seriously, was it so hard to stay away from her for just a week or two?"
Again, no response. "I'm beginning to think that you care too much about her. You're acting like a child, throwing tantrums and crying like a baby. You need to grow up."
"And you need to loosen up. You act like an emotionless robot, looking at how Yakunan is taking this and feeling absolutely nothing at all. I'm beginning to think that you care too little about her," Pure replied smartly.
"I do care about her. And I care enough to the fact that I can distance myself of need be. Why can't you do that?" Crimson retorted.
"Because she's my friend!" Pure yelled. "She's OUR friend! Why can't you see that she needs us!?"
"I do see that, but she needs to learn that--" Crimson was cut off by a cold chill filling the air.
"What was that?" Pure asked.
"I don't know, but--" a long white snake struck out of the shadows. In a flash, Crimson stuck a katana in its skull and jumped back, with her sister.
"Who's there?" Crimson yelled out to the shadows.
The snake wiggled and squirmed under the katana before finally dropping dead. The atmosphere was tense and silent. After about ten minutes in silence, Crimson finally got up and retrieved her katana from the snake's dead body.
She put her katana away and held the snake in her hand. The snake was ghostly white and its skin was brittle. One thing stuck out to Crimson, though: The snake held Orochimaru's strong scent.
"Is that...?" Pure asked, trailing off. She too had realized the snake's scent.
"Yeah, it's from him," Crimson hissed, crinkling her nose. "I guess we'll have to finish our disagreement later. C'mon, help me destroy this wall."

Yakunan's POVI groaned and cracked my eyes open to reveal a bright light room. I sat up and looked around. I was in a hospital room, again, and Kakashi sat on the chair beside me, half asleep.
I pulled out whatever junk they were pumping into my arm and got out of the bed. I lightly pushed Kakashi's shoulder, to wake him up. Kakashi tiredly rose his grayish head. When he saw me, his eye widened.
"What are you doing out of your bed? You need to get back in--"
"I'm fine now, what happened? How did I end up here?" I interrupted. On the table beside him resided my ninja stuff and my scarf, which I took and put around my neck.
"You have no clue what happened?" Kakashi asked.
"I remember Iruka trying to kill me, for some strange reason, and then he took my scarf... And then..." I tried to finish, but struggled with the words.
"And then you tried to kill Iruka," Kakashi finished. My eyes widened. I would never try to kill Iruka. I mean, yeah, he took my scarf, but I wasn't that angry to actually kill him! "You almost killed him actually, your chakra went off the charts. I had to use the sharingan to calm you down. After you tried to resist it, you fell unconscious."
"How long have I been I here?" I asked.
"Luckily, not long. But long enough for you to have..." He looked at the wall, that held a clock. "About and hour and thirty minutes before the exams."
