Chapter 6: Why?

Hey I'm back! Had to do stuff this week, sorry for not doing much :/ well, I'm here now! Hope you guys enjoy this chapter! Sorry if it's kinda short :/

He tripped down the stairs, classic Aleks, "Oh my gosh! Are you ok?!" He limped to the kitchen. "Uh, ya, sure." Aleks was one of those people who doesn't like to admit when he's hurt, usually. Sometimes he just blubbers like a baby, but mostly, he's pretty tough. He had fallen on his leg, and hit it on the corner of Dan's table. "You're bleeding!" I ran to get some bandages. It was a HUGE gash! I don't know how he managed to get his leg cut open like that! I came back with a whole first aid kit. "Really, it's nothing," Did he really think i'd fall for that? "You call THAT 'nothing'?!?!" I put some bandages on his leg to stop the bleeding. It took about 20 minutes, but it eventually stopped. "You need to rest." He didn't care. His life was basically just recording. "Why? It's just my leg, it's nit gonna interfere with recording...is it?" I honestly didn't know. "OOH! I GOTTA' TWEET ABOUT THIS!" He loved staying connected with the fans. his tweet read 'Hey guys, there might not be any vids up today, gashed open my leg and I think I'm just going to rest, hope you guys don't mind' His fans didn't mind, in fact, almost ALL of them said something like 'It's fine Immortal, just rest, and get better soon!' The fans are ALWAYS supportive, they're awesome!

Later when I was playing Smite with Jordan, I heard a knock on the door. *KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK* "One second Hordan!" I ran (and almost fell) to the door. It was Max. "Hi..." I had talked to him only once, when James made me say goodbye to him when he got kicked out. "What are you doing here?" He laughed, "Nice to see you too, Kate" Why the hell was he here! He knows that he DOESN'T LIVE HERE ANYMORE! "You get lost? Because I'm PREEEEEETY sure this isn't your house..." I think I was little to 'mean'. "Hey Kate, who was at th-" Jordan came downstairs. He saw Max. Jordan gave me a 'What is HE doing here* look. "Hello Max." Jordan was officially pissed off. "Hello Mr. Mathewson." Max new Jordan hated when you called him 'Mr.Mathewson' He said it made him feel 'old'. Ever since Max left the group, James told me to stay away from him. I don't exactly know why though. "So, what are you doing here." I gave him an angered look. "Well, I just came to congratulate you and Aleks..." Me and Jordan looked at each other. "Well thanks... goodbye Max," I shut the door in his face. "You think I was a little to harsh, Jordan?" He chuckled, "Haha, nope!" We laughed and went back to recording. It was a little weird that just out of the blue, an old Creature, who was intentionally kicked out of the group, decided to come back to the house. And me and Aleks did sort of replace him. It was just very odd.

"So how was your day?" Aleks scared me, I didn't even notice he was there! "DON'T SCARE ME LIKE THAT! It was good.... mostly good," He came closer to me, "What do you mean 'Mostly' ?" I hesitated to tell him, "Well...Max showed up at the door today," He looked at me in shock. "WHAT! HE ISN'T ALLOWED BACK HERE! DID YOU TELL HIM OFF!?!?" I told him what had happened, why were they so against Max? I just HAD to know!!! "Hey... why does everyone hate Max? He seems like a nice guy. What happened? Why did he get kicked out?" There was a long pause. Aleks took a deep breathe in, "Don't worry about it, all you need to know is that he had trouble with almost all of us, even me, and I wasn't even part of the group." What? That wasn't REALLY an answer. I wasn't going to dig into it though. "He works up all his charm on you and then BAM!" Wait what was 'Bam' supposed to mean? Well, I guess we'll never know.

"Well I should head to bed," He grabbed my arm, "Come with me," He brought me to his room. "Lets snuggle..." I giggled. Tough guy Aleks smuggling! Haha, this just cracked. me. up! "Haha, ok" I lied down next to him, and fell asleep in his arms. He was perfect. His hair fell just right on his face. His eyes were just the right shade. His humor was hilarious. His smile, was... amazing. I couldn't believe all that and more, was mine, HE was mine. And I. was. his.
