As an intorduction to what this story will be about, I will first tell you that everything though the series has still happened. There was still all of the books, and everything remains the same. As to a vote, the capitol children will be chosen to play the Hunger Games the way the districts suffered for many years. However, when everything seems the same, one girl can change it all.
One girl can make the difference that no one wants to see.
