**Laim pov**

God he was annoying as hell. All of my pack members just look at me with a mixture of who the fuck is that and please don't kill me.

I just walk away and sigh tomorrow all of the other packs would be arriving. I will need a good night sleep to deal with all the bull shit.

**Next morning**

When I wake check my phone and notice my girlfriend was cheating on me. She was a typical slut and I just broke up with he though text.

Wonderful start to the day I grabbed a suit and dress pants and A dark blue dress shirt with a red tie.

I take a shower and think about my mate. Maybe I would met her today and I bet she is of high standings and fiesty and strong willed.

I really want to meet my mate. I look at the clock and I notice I've been in here for twenty minutes. I have 20 minutes until everyone starts arriving. God I'm gonna be late.

I get out and put on the clothes and head down I grab an apple from the fruit basket and head to the border. Where everyone would be arriving.

The first to arrive was the 5th highest pack the Midnight blade pack with Alpha Leo and Luna April.

Time skip to when everyone has been welcomed and shown to their rooms and it is time to go to bed.

As I enter the pack house from the guest pack house. I look up just to make sure and there he is yet again this time on the window ledge on the second floor.

Again just reading a book the ledge was a foot and a half wide at best. I didn't even try I just linked Andy meet me in my office in 10 minutes.

About 7 minutes later I approach my office and I sit down. After two minutes a knock sounds at the door I know it's Andy.

I say come in and as suspected Andy walks in. I say this meeting is about death can you please tell me more about why his room is untouched and how he manages to get on to chandeliers and window ledges a couple story's off the ground?

He sighs all I know is that he has never slept in a bedroom since he arrived in my pack 7 years ago at the age if 11. He became a pack warrior at the age of 13 and my best warrior at 14. He hasn't spoken a word since the warrior vows at 13. He could easily beat me at a battle any time if the day. But the most perplexing thing is that I have never seen his wolf never ever.

I ponder this and then say Do you know what pack he came from before yours?

He sighs and said Yours he never told anymore only Sliver Moon.

I say thank you are dismissed

He nods and then leaves the room.

I sigh and go back downstairs to get some water and the oddest thing was occurring. I saw my father Rob say Death, is that really you? Death looks down and then all of a sudden his face lights up like the 4th of July.

He jumps of the ledge without a seconds hesitation and lands on the floor next to my father. My father just looks at him and then smiles like I haven't seen in years and hugs him.

He pulls away and asks How is he ? He looks confused. He continues Your wolf ? He has an oh face and then scribbles down something on his note pad.

My father reads it makes a sad and disappointed face and then says Really I thought he would if wanted to stretch his legs by now. he sighs and writes something else. My father reads it and says why yes of course you just had to ask.

They walk outside I decide to look though the window and see what their doing.

I look though the glass and see them siting in the front lawn my father's back is facing me so I can see Death's face.

I see my father's face tightened and slacken as he talks. Then a shocking thing happened Death talked back and was talking as if there was no tomorrow.

**Deaths pov**

I was reading a book up on the window ledge about two story's up. And then I heard a voice that has been missing from my life for the past seven years of my life Rob's. It said Death is that really you.

I bet my face light up and my eyes sparkled with happiness and admiration. I jumped down without a moments hesitation and looked at him and then we both had the same idea and hugged each other.

He asks how is he? I look confused he continues on and says your wolf? I make a oh face and write He is good but you have seen my last shift seven years ago was the last time I shifted.

He looks sad and disappointed with answer I write down can we please go outside? He replies with why yes of course you just had to ask. I smile at this and we walk outside.
