Day 61

It had been five days since they came back from Greece and nothing had changed between them.

Well, except for the fact that they had shared some kisses here and there.

The two were laying on the grass in the park late at night, trying to trace shapes from the stars above them.

“Are you completely sure you're moving?” she asks for the umpteenth time.

The boy sighs and answers, “Yes, Alishia. I'm completely sure, even though I am totally against it.”

“What are you going to do about College? What are you going to do about your friends here?” she asks, before quietly muttering, “You don't really have much friends though, so I guess that won't be a problem.”

“Hey! That's rude!” he says, poking her sides, causing her to laugh.

“What are you going to do about us?” she asks softly.

He sighs before quietly answering as well, “You know I'll never forget you. I promise you that I will come back one day. Even if we end up not talking for years. I'll always come back for you. I promise.”

She nods before tugging on her sleeve to wipe the tears on her cheeks. But before she could wipe the tears on her cheeks, Ryle had already wiped it off using his handkerchief.

“You know I'll always love you, no matter what.” he says softly.

“I love you too,”

Day 62

The girl puts down the book she was reading as she picks up her ringing phone, “Hello?” she asks, annoyed that she was disturbed from reading.

“What's up your ass? Why do you sound annoyed?” he asks, chuckling.

“Well, someone decided to disturb me from reading by calling me.” she huffs.

He laughs and walks straight in her room without knocking, causing his best friend to jump up her bed while shrieking.

She ends the call and puts down her phone as she asks, “What the hell are you doing here?” she points at her best friend as she continues, “I could've been naked or something! What the hell Ryle?”

He laughs and replies, “That's why I called you first! You said you were reading so I just went straight in.”

“I could've been lying!”

The boy rolls his eyes and replies, “Oh please Alishia, we all know you can't lie.”

“Oh hush. You're the one who barged right in my room,”

He smirks and walks towards the bed, his best friend looks confused for a moment but soon realised what he was going to do when she saw him grabbing one of her pillows.

She screams when she felt the pillow hitting her face. She grabs the pillow, but before she hits him, she yells, “Oh, it's on you little shit!”

“I'm not little. So...” he says, cockily tilting his head.

But before she could reply, her best friend had already hit her face with the pillow.

And for the rest of the evening, they wasted their time by playing pillow fight and yelling at each other with words that were incoherent.
