Samantha's POV
Beep!! Beep!!!Beep!! Wtf!!! The alarm clock "alarming" loudly I took up the clock and threw it in the wall of my room. I got up went to the bathroom to freshen up and get ready for school.
20minutes later
Cindy is outside my apartment beeping the horn of her car like crazy.
" am coming iight!!!?". I exclaimed.
I scurried out of my apartment I ensured that I locked the doors properly and hopped in Cindy's car And we were off to school. This morning I feel different like I am a different person the breeze blowing my hair a smile on my face some how I feel like
my life is turning a new page and I writing a new destiny. Time had fly pass as I was lost in my thoughts that I didn't realize cindy had park in our schools' parking lot. This is my second year at UCLA my major is in
economics management. Today would be a hectic day . I bid my goodbyes to Cindy and walked to class I took my seat at the corner of the class awaiting my lecturer Mr. Greene to arrive , 10mins into our class time had passed and Mr. Greene was explaining to us the ancient civilizations
assignment and the due date which is 2 weeks from now when and i decided to make a note of it when a young man walked in i wasn't really paying attention to them suddenly I looked up at the familiar voice it was none other than Nicholas. What was he doing here?
"Class we have a student in our midst today Nicholas Andrews ". Mr . greene said
He took glances of the classroom
And when his eyes landed on me
He walked over and took a seat beside me I stopped myself from uttering a word he made his point over the weekend
"Hi Samantha sorry for the other day I wasn't myself." Nick explained
"I knew There was something weird about when we first met
Your different" I whispered
My witch instincts were kicking in I watch his body actions carefully he's not blinking nor his shoulders moving and he can rub incredibly fast maybe that was a trick of the light but we were in a dark area according to what I remember I saw what I saw.
" would you like to get coffee sometime?" he asked nervously
"Sure why not"
" how about this afternoon?" He asked
"No problem" I replied
"Miss matthews is there anything you'd wish to share?" Mr. Greene asked with sarcasm written all over it .
" no sir" I said annoyed
*Bell rings*
"So which coffee shop are we going to?" I asked
"The one infront the library." Nick said
"Ok lets go."
