Recap:
"UGH!" Satoshi Hiwatari fell on the ground, wincing in pain.
"The Black Wings?" Daisuke asked.

To make things clearer, Kosuke started telling Daisuke about story of the Black Wings.
"Satoshi Hiwatari... do you know his real name?"
"His real name?"
"His real name is... Satoshi Hikari."
"Uh. It's Hikari?!" Daisuke was taken aback.
"Yes. Krad dwells inside Satoshi because he is from the Hikari family." Kosuke replied. "The Hikari and the Niwa family have been enemies for generations. Long ago, the Hikari was the pinnacle of the art world. Their art was so passionate. It was rumoured that each artwork contain a soul within it. However, the family was not satisfied. They, then, began working on a living artwork. That artwork was the Black Wings."
"The Niwa family, a family of phantom thieves, attempted to steal the Black Wings from the Hikari family. While life was being given to the Black Wings, the ceremony was interrupted by the Niwa family's attempt to steal it. And at the end of a large-scale special displacement, Dark and Krad were born. The two, then, merged into both families' dna as a curse."
"A curse?" asked Daisuke.
"Yes. I am half of the Black Wings, originally created by the Hikari family." Dark replied from within.
"After being cursed, the Hikaris were frightened of the Black Wings' intense power. They securely sealed it with their own hands." Kosuke proceeded.
"Then, where is it now?" Daisuke inquired.
"Even I, don't know. But once Krad starts moving, the two of us will be drawn together." Dark responded.
"The whole reason our family continued stealing and sealing artworks, since then, was to try to keep this day from happening somehow." Daiki butted in.
"Grandpa..."
"Well, I've got an appointment now. I'm counting on you."
Daisuke nodded. His grandfather left and Emiko went to assist him until the gate.
"Tonight is the night, and today, there is a perfect one in forty years chance of seeing the activation of the Black Wings." Kosuke declared with his chin rested firmly on top of his intertwined hands. "It must have some kind of connection to today's date. And with Towa and With's strange behaviour lately, it must be a challenge for the Niwa family. Only you can confront it, the one that has Dark within." Kosuke lifted his chin to face Daisuke seriously.
"Just me." Daisuke is absorbing the thought when his father fell on the ground, breathing heavily and barely conscious. Daisuke's eyes widened as he attempted to catch him. "DAD!!!"
