I got in my car and drove to IHOP. I parked up front and pulled on my sweater. The building loomed above me. I walked in and A waitress leads me to a table where everyone was waiting. They all yell happy birthday on the top of their lungs. The waitress brings out a one person cake.
I sit in between Red and Max. Red straps a party hat on my head. "How'd you like your gift?" Adam asked. "Loved it." I smile, taking a bite of my cake.
Max's POV
You have to do it. You promised Adam. "Uh... Ross?" He stopped laughing and looked me in the eyes. JUST DO IT ALREADY. I grabbed his coller and pulled him against me. He refused to stop kissing me. You could hear Adam's phone camera click. Barney was legitimately shocked. Red scooted away. The rest of the table kind of giggled in surprise. He stroked his hand through my hair. I held his neck. soon I coulden't breath. I gently pulled away. "Happy birthday." He giggled and put his head on my shoulder.
Soon enough it was time to go. All of a sudden butterflies flew inside my stomach. then it felt as if I was lifting an anvil on my shoulders. Then I was falling. everything turned black.
"Max?" Ross placed his hand on my sholder. "I... uh... have to pee." I say, standing up and heading to the bathroom. Someone is in there. I realized I really had to pee. I knocked on the door. "CALM DOWN!" A voice responded. I step back. "Max?" Ross placed his hand on my sholder. "Hmm?" I try not to squirm. "Are you... okay?" He stepped closer. "Just... gotta pee!" I say. "Thank you!" He hugs me. I smile. Sweating, I knock again. Ross takes my hand. "I'm sorry for making you uncomfortable." He said. "Dude! Hurry up!" I yell. "You're not, Ross." I squeesed him. "Good." He pulled me in for a kiss. The guy walks out. "Ugh. Kids these days." He rolls his eyes and squeezes past us. "Okay, I gotta peeeee!" I say pulling away. He laughed and headed to the table. I go to the bathroom.
"Hey!, Max!" A red haied girl stops me. "Uh... are you a fan?" She looked confused. "A fan of what? It's me-
