I'll make it up to you (part 1)

.: Max's POV :.

Ross is so mad. And sad. And he won't come out of his office as long as Rosalina's here. I don't understand. That was like 12 years ago. Can't he get over it? I knock on his door. "GO AWAY!" He's crying. I open the door anyways. "I said go awahahahay!" He whines. "I'm... uh gonna go to the store. Wanna come?" He groans. "I never wanna leave. Ever. She's here." Ross mumbled. "Aw, come on she's not th-" I started. "Yo! Where ya headed, Max? Woah, what's up with you?" Rosalina bursts in. "Urm... you guys need to talk... I'll have my phone on me if you want something." I stand up. Ross pulls me back down. "Don't leave me with her!" He wispered. "I gotta go." I say leaving.

.: Ross' POV :.

Nice, Max. "Listen, I know you don't want to be around me and I know why." She says. "Listen, I know like, 12 years ago I ruined your b-day when I bullied you. And I ruined your b-day yesterday, so I wanted to make it up to you." She smiled. "How?" I ask. "Fallow me!" She grabbed my arm and dragged me into her car. "Where are you taking me?" I say, rolling my window down. "You'll see." She smiles at me. I can't wait. Ugh.

We drive into a forest. "Where are we going?" She smiles. That didn't answer my question.

We park and start walking. "Uh... it's getting dark." I say. She hands me a flash light and turns on her's. "Remember that b-day I ruined?" She asks. "How could I forget?" I say. "Well the way I ruined it was playing hide and seek, remember? Because I told everyone that we should run away? Well, I want to make it up to you by playing hide and seek here! I'll hide, you seek. Count to 50 kk?" She says. "Are you sure?" I ask. "Yeah, you can use your flash light too. I won't go too far." She says. "Okay 1...2...3...4..." I count, facing the tree.

"...48...49...50! Ready or not here I come!" I look around for a long time and that's when it hit me... SHE LEFT ME! IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FOREST! AT... NIGHT. In the dark.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" I try finding the edge of the forest but it feels like I'm running in circles. "HELP!" There's gotta be a forest ranger. I'm getting scratches on my arms and legs. I trip and land on a rock, which gives me a bruise. A branch whacked me in the face, giving me a black eye. I... run... out... of... energy. I want to fall asleep but who knows whats out here. I realized I had my phone. "Max... please, please, please pick up." I say. "Hey chdusieejee wheghdud oedgdus oieje?" Max says. "Wha-wha? Max... Max your breaking-" my phone died. "No!" I yell. "Please..." I started crying. "I-I-I..." I pass out.

.: Max's POV :.

Huh. That was weird. "MAX!" Rosalina runs to my side. "Hey do you know where Ross is?" I ask. "I've been looking for him all day and... and... I can't find him!" She started crying. "It's okay, tell me what happened. Okay?" "Mmhm... After you left he stormed off and I tried calling him and fallowing him but I lost him and... and... Ahhhhhhhh!" She's sobbing really hard. "It's okay... I hope he's alright."

.: Rosalina's POV :.

I think I've fooled Max. Now that Ross is, once again, out of the way I can have my Maxie-pooh back.
