I sat on the rock by the waterfall taking the blood from the water creatures below me. The blood they had wasn't strong enough, I indeed needed more. I felt myself grow weak and my fangs start to feel fragile. I jump across the waterfall feeling a necklace hit my neck. It wasn't there before. I look down and see it had a special stone and it glowed when I moved around.

"Huh. That's new." I say and keep going along.

I look to my side and see the sun starting to rise.

"Crap."

From every movie I have every seen with vampires, the sun is the biggest enemy. I scan the forest for a cave and see one far in the distance. It would be a close cut. I bolt using up all the energy that I had left. The sun hit my skin and I started to glisten.

"NOOOOOOO!" I scream hiding behind a tree.

At that very moment I look down and see my necklace glow and my arm completely fine.

"The necklace must be protecting me."

I walk into the broad day light and feel the warmth hit my skin. I walk around stealing squirrels every now and then for extra energy. But that was no comparison to the human blood I still craved.

I saw a safe house in the distance and charged towards it. I hear the blood pumping of a human inside and there heart racing. I give myself a grin and break through the wood of the house.

"GET AWAY FROM ME." The person screams.

They kick and try to hit me with their knife and I dodge every hit.

I chuckle. "Aren't you a strong man." I rip at his shirt and take his neck. I prick his ear slightly as he trembles in fear. "I don't want you to see me as a killer darling, just as a hunter." I press down on his neck and drain the blood out of his veins. I toss his body to the side and walk to the nearest tree sitting down.

"The things I do, sometimes frightens me." I sigh.

I lick the blood off the hands and rest my head on the tree. I may be a vampire but I still have a past as a human. Then it hit me, what the man had captured me to do. To kill his players off one by one. But the man I just killed was the man that was supposed to kill me. He was a creature.

*Flash Back*

"Emma sweetie never go out late at night, bad things happen." My mother said. "Creatures crawl over our town at night. Understand?"

"Yes mother." I said.

"Now go upstairs and go to bed."

I nodded and went up. I went to close my window and saw the flash of a man. He looked up at me with a grin. He was a creature. I slam the window shut but his arm barley got in. His piercing blues eyes stare at me and he breaks through the glass and slams me to the bed.

"Please don't." I let out a slight cry.

He plays with my hair and whispers in my ear.

"I won't kill you darling, maybe one day you will kill me. Put me out of my masters control."

Then I blacked out.

*Flash out*

"Crap." I realized.

I look down at his body, and killed him, that was him. That is what he wanted. Now he rest in peace.
