I was awoken to the sound of my phone buzzing against the wood of my bed-side table. I rubbed my eyes and looked over to my clock to see the time. I sighed. Who is texting me at 5:00 AM? Without sitting up in my bed, I reached over and grabbed my phone. It was from the group chat I was in, and it was from Emma. She wasn't very happy.

Emma : who posted that video?
Emma : seriously guys answer my question.
Emma : I know you guys are seeing this. It says "read"

I rolled my eyes. Nina. It was a Friday night when we all went to the mall. It was late, so no one else was there except for this one car.

"Oh my god," Nina had said,"I think there's two girls making out over there!" Nina insisted that we take a video. Nina and Emma got out of the car and when they came back Emma didn't seem too happy. They had taken a video of this girl named Audrey - who was Emma's former friend - kissing another girl.

I automatically knew Nina was the one who posted the video we had all agreed to trash.

I ran a hand through my dark, long hair and walked over to my bathroom. Looking at myself in the mirror, it was obvious I was worried. I can't lie. I felt bad for Audrey. What did she ever do? Then again, what did all the other people Nina had targeted done?

I was applying my mascara when my brother, Jake, appeared at the door.

He was smirking. "Hey, did you get those texts from Emma?"

I sighed. I could only imagine what he had to say about the whole situation. Let's just say, Jake and I may be twins, but we are polar opposites.

I always tried to find the best in people, where as Jake thought he was the best.

I closed the mascara and put it away before looking at him and saying, "Yeah, I did."

He knew me too well. He knew something was bugging me.

"You didn't post it, did you?"

I shook my head vigorously. "No! No, no don't worry I swear."

He chuckled. "Calm down Ev, I know you wouldn't do it."

I smiled weakly. "You didn't do it. Right?"

"Surprisingly, no." He smiled.

I did love my brother, but he could be a bit of a prick sometimes. I wouldn't have been surprised if he had done it.

"Ok, seriously though, what's up?" He must've noticed the fake smile.

I looked down nails, and picked at the pink nail polish. "Nothing really, I just feel bad for the girl in the video."

Jake scoffed. Typical. "Really? Why?"

"Oh, I don't know. It's fine though, I'll get over it," I lied.

He hit my shoulder, playfully. "Good, because she's not worth your time."

And with that, he walked out of the bathroom.

I sighed. To no one in particular, I said, "She's not worth my time."
