San Diego Trip

"Mychel, your stomach looks big," Jackson was surprised. "What are you talking about Jackson?" He laughed. "I'm sure that will happen anytime whenever I get me and Seth a Son or a daughter since Tori is still here, I could think of a boy name, definitely Harvey," "Harvey?" Chris repeated. "Harvey? That's my older brother's name, well I'm sure you can think of the name of your next child Mychel," "Of course I do," Mychel answered while eating chips. "I'll figure it on my first hand if I can have another one or not," "In fact, Mychal Thompson would be scared for sure," "Oh quit your worries Chris," Mychal Thompson heard him saying. "My son is doing anything just fine, if something bad happens to him like his water broke, I will be here to help him or Klay and Trayce," Meanwhile on the road trip, Andrew Bogut realized there were two cars passing one car to another as they were instructed the rest of the group to keep their seatbelts on. Stephen Curry had told them that the kids and the others in Andrew Bogut's van have to be safe. Bam! The two cars crashed onto each other, but thankfully it didn't crash the van where Andrew Bogut was driving. "Is everybody alright?" Stephen Curry wonders. "Everybody is alright," Trayce Thompson shouted. "At least, we can get to San Diego and we will go to the hotel to check in for now," It was a surprise as Trayce Thompson looks back at Keagan. "Keagan? Keagan? Keagan, are you okay?" Keagan fainted as the rest of the group had encountered the accident. "Uh Klay?" Chris called him. "Your son fainted," "My goodness," Klay gasps in surprise as he removed the seatbelt to hold on to his son. "Keagan? Keagan? Son?" Klay was still trying to wake his son. "My goodness Keagan, you fainted," "Let's get to the hotel," He said. "What happened to him?" Trayce asks him. "My son fainted when we encountered the car accident," Klay replied.

3 hours after encountering the accident, Andrew Bogut checks in to the hotel along with the rest of the group, but the groups had to be in the different hotel rooms. Klay would be in the other room with his children and their friends, next to Andrew Bogut where he would stay with Mychel, Seth, Tori and Stephen Curry. Next, Mychal Thompson stays with Klay where he, Tristan, his children and their friends were staying. Mychal Thompson carries Keagan to the bed to let him rest until Keagan went back to his consciousness where he could find himself some comfort. Lauren was looking after Tori, Jackson and Chris while waiting for the others to get some rest. Trayce was in the bathroom gathering the small towel and damped it with cold water in order to place it on Keagan's head. Trayce gives Klay the towel as he put the washcloth on Keagan's head. Klay was sitting on the chair beside Keagan where he was asleep before he woke up

A moment later,

Keagan wakes up after he lost his conscious due to the car accident that the rest of the group had encountered. As Keagan regained his Consciousness, Klay Thompson jumps in surprise as he didn't know his son collapsed on the seat. Mychel jumps in to save Klay from falling. "Klay? Klay? What's the matter? What happened?" Klay starts crying and thought he lost his son. "I was so worried that I would lose my son. Mychel, I just didn't want that to happen to Keagan. Like I said, I cannot afford to lose my son," "Klay, your son is alive," Mychel hugs him. "I know he will survive," "Dad! I'm here," Keagan said to him. "You don't need to feel overwhelmed, I just didn't know where we were, but we are in San Diego," "Anyways are we going out for a while after we rest?" Jackson wonders. "Actually, yes Jackson," Mychal replied. "We will be going out to eat before the rest of the boys will be playing basketball tonight, I'm sure to get you guys sorted before we get back to the hotel,"

At the Dining hall where the kids remained with Mychal Thompson while their parents are away for the basketball tournament. Keagan was planning to talk about the summer vacation plans like going hiking, rock climbing, going for a swim, but Keagan noticed his father might have some other plans. "I'll ask Klay a permission if it's okay with him," Jackson suggests. While eating dinner, Keagan goes on his Iphone 6s reading some texts from his girlfriend before her death, but the texts from her was never left behind. He read the texts where Keagan was texting Megan.

Megan: Hi Love.

Keagan: Hi Megan.

Megan: What are you doing today?

Keagan: I'm at Andrew Bogut's house. My parents are not at home right now.

Megan: Where are your parents?

Keagan: My parents are at the basketball tournament in Oklahoma right now, but Mychal Thompson is here with me and Lauren and the kids.

Megan: Oh okay Keagan, no worries. The sky's the limit Keagan. I love you.

Keagan: I love you too! <3

Next, he looks at the texts where his father texted him while Tristan was away.

Klay: Hi Son, what time are you coming home?

Keagan: 2:56pm dad.

Klay: Okay. Because I think we are going somewhere.

Keagan: Where?

Klay: We will be coming over to Jackson's birthday party in Livermore.

Keagan: Okay, I'll walk home.

"Anderson Varejao thinks I was tall because of my growth spurt," Keagan scoffs while cutting some pieces of meat. "At least I got that one right," "Well height and weight will never matter," Jackson agreed with him. "No matter how big or small you are, it doesn't have to be a perfect shape for the rest of us, we are human," "I guess," Keagan chuckles with a smile. "Hopefully soon, I will grow just like my parents,"

Hotel room.

Tori Thompson Curry was crying because she didn't know her parents are still at the basketball tournament, so Mychal Thompson knew what was going on. "Tori what happened? My goodness, you were crying because you were looking for your parents Mychel Thompson and Seth Curry, I'm very sorry Tori, but no worries they'll be in the hotel after the game," The hotel staff came in as he didn't know he heard a child crying. "Apologies Mr." Mychal Thompson was surprised. "It's just that my granddaughter is crying for her parents, but don't you worry, I will handle it," "Thank you so much Mr. Thompson," the staff replied as he went back to work. Mychal Thompson fed her with milk as he said. "Aww you look just like my son Mychel, no wonder why you were crying because you seemed to be looking for them," Keagan sensed that Tori was looking for her parents. "Don't worry Tori," Lauren smiled as she comforts her. "I'm sure your parents will be here soon," Yet, Tori couldn't stop crying as Mychal Thompson starts singing the Beatles song to help her sleep until Mychel and Seth had arrived.

10:00pm.

Lauren and Keagan were still awake except Jackson and Chris. Tori was asleep beside Mychal while waiting for their parents to come back from the tournament. "Kids, why are you still awake?" Mychal asks them quietly. "Oh sorry," Lauren whispered. "We were waiting for our parents to come back, but they took forever," "Don't worry about it," He said. "I'm sure they will be finishing the game," Keagan heard a knock on the door and jumps in softly. "Dad? Is this you? I'm coming I'm coming," Klay and the others arrived as Mychel asked. "What happened earlier?" "Oh Tori must have been looking for you and Seth, the hotel staff heard the child crying," Mychal explained. "I told them that she was looking for her parents, so I sang her a Beatles song to make her fall asleep, right now she is sleeping," "Thanks dad," Mychel smiled. "Seth and I will be sleeping on the bed where Chris, Jackson, Lauren and Keagan will be sleeping beside Klay and Tristan, the bed is close to ours," "Okay," He nodded. "We should get some sleep for now,"
