CHAPTER 8 (SOME ARRANGEMENTS)

I didnt go to office today,because we shouldnt go to work till the 14 december.

I went and told cad that im living here back in my old house,so he could rent it. I didnt want to be away from my kender. My eyes were red because of all the crying.

I was sitting in my house looking at my kenders grave. It made me cry again. I wiped my tears and remembered what kender told me,obout the suit imagine he was the bread winner.

I went out to  the market and brought some groceries,bread,eggs,milk,vegatables,fruit,and some red roses.

I looked and looked for the suits house. Suddenly while i was driving a child came,and was begging me for money. I went out of the my car and asked the begger what is your name? I asked. Essay,he said. Oh! I said. Dont you have anyone to live with,you can live with me if you want,because my wife ....died tears rolled down my cheeks.

No thanks,he said sweetly. I have a mom ,im begging for her. I need to take some food home for my 2 small sisters,and my mom. Uncle please help me my moms dying with hunger and so am i. I felt really piety for them.

And what about your father?i asked. He died in a accident on 14 december. 14 december! I thought. Can you show me where do you live.

I dont have a house uncle,since my dad died my mom couldnt afford to pay the rent,so we were kicked out. Tears rolled down my cheeks.

Can you show me where is your mother. Sure uncle follow me,he said. He leaded me to dump place which was smelling like fish. I was disgusted. Theres my mom,he pointed.

An very young women with torn clothes,and a messy hair. Excuse me madam,i said. She looked up at me and didnt say anything. I could see she was starving and her 2 daughters were crying. I sat down on my knees and picked the women up on my shoulders, and placed her at the back seat of my car. I took the 3 children and placed them in the front seat,next to me. Are you kidnapping us uncle,the boy asked frightened.
No my son ,im taking you to a new house. Really!!! He said with excitement. Yes ,i replied.

I went off driving,to carvinal town. I soon reached and put the women on my shoulders and told the 3 children to follow me.  I went up to the house were my dear kender and i used to live.

I opened the door and the children started screaming with excitement. I remembered my kender over joyed with happiness when she saw this house. I placed the women on the bed . I went to fetch some water and sprinkled it on the womens face.

She woke up shocked. Where am i? This is your new house,i said sweetly. How come? She asked. I decided to help you after looking at your condition. Oh thank you so much ,i can never repay you for this. She said with tears pooling in her green eyes. Whats your name? I asked. Mia,she replied. Oh ok. You can wear whatever you like in that cupboard there is a lot of dresses that you can wear,there were all my ....wifes .

So what about your wife? She asked. Its a long story,I said.i left the room and prepared dinner for them. They all ate heartly. I was really happy.

I soon left and was shopping some clothes for the children. I brought  a reasonabl amount and dropped it . I was heading to leave,when the little boy came to me. Can i tell you something uncle? He asked. Oh sure,i bended down,and he kissed  my cheek,i gave him a kiss on the cheek and waved goodbye.  See you uncle dont forget to visit us again!!! He said yelling.

I was soon at the graveyard and decorated my kenders grave with the red roses. She loved roses and so did i. As usaully i slept by her beside her grave. Goodnight kender.
