CHAPTER 9( MOVING ON)

Jackson's pov
My eyes are really sore because of all the crying. The saddest part is not that now kender left me ,but the saddest part is that im left with no shoulder to cry on.

I was reading a book ,and thats how i spend my days now. I suddendly hear the door bell. The last time anyone ever knocked on my door was the night i arrived from town. Fear was filled inside me. I tried to calm down,but did not have the potiential to open the door.

Jackson its me cad,are you there? I heard cad yelling. I rushed and opened the door. Hi buddy,he said pulling me for a hug. Hi good to see you again. Where's kender? He asked. Oh well nothing,......she....was just murdered, i shuttered. What!!! He said while standing up. Who murdered your wife? He asked concerned. Oh well i also have no idea, i lied. Jackson are you hiding something from your own best friend,he said sweetly.

No man why will i hide anything from you,honestly i have no idea. I was unconcious one day and when i was back to my senses i saw .....kender dead, i said fighting back tears. Oh sorry ,he said in a broken tone. Can i ask you to do something for me? Cad asked. Oh sure,continue,i said in the most generous tone. Promise me that you wont refuse jackson,he said in a serious tone. Oh sure,whats the matter,i said while feeling guilty. Promise,i said weakly.

Will you shift in with me,he asked while staring deep into my soul. What! I said shocked. You promised,he said happily. How can i leave my wife alone,i said with tears pooling in my eyes. Jackson you have to move on,life is short to be in sorrow. Life is a gift that is given once and can never be given again. I know how it feels ,when you lose someone close to your heart,it feels like you have nothing left in life. Trust me bro you are going to be happy ,when you shift in with me. Its not safe to live here. The reason why i came here today is to inform you that there was breaking news this morning. It was unbearable. It said that the cemetery washinton's is haunted by many restless souls,so they even put stricted laws that nobody is allowed to visit the graveyard. If you want to you have to go with a certain amount of gaurds. The cemetery is surrounded my plenty of guards and i hardly managed to break through, only to save you my friend. I cant bear to see you like this.

So now tell me would you like to shift in with me?,he asked again after completing a history lesson. Im......not sure,i replied honestly. I cant leave kender alone here,i said like im going insane. Jackson kender is dead ,she is most probaly having a better life then us. She must be in heaven,having the most beautifull angles surrounding her. She doesnt remember you anymore jackson,she moved on and so do you,he said with motivation. Ok i agree,i said.

Yay,i knew it that my buddy would never let me down now lets go. After gathering all of kender's memories and some of my clothes we left the house. I glanced at my kender's grave for the last time and forever. We could see the guard surrounding the whole of the cemetery. Cad lead me to the way he broke in from. Soon we left. Goodbye my kender

We soon reached cad's house. I know im ungrateful but this house looked scary and disturbing.

There was terrible thunder storm,so cad instructed me to run into the house.

Welcome home bro!!! He said with hands in the air. Thanks i said smiling. Ok now lets introduce you to my family. This is my seven sisters,maria,mia,jewl,precious,julikaya.mahaam,and merry. This is my brother jaden. He said. Nice to meet youll ,thanks for letting me be part of your family,i said examing every face. I was superized that cad onky had one brother and seven sisters. Wow! I thought.

Cad took me to one of the rooms and told me that it was mine. Believe or not the room was also really spooky. Jackson you can fresh up and after 15 munites you must come out for dinner,he said. Ok thanks,i said pleased. After he left i examined the room again,it had misty coloured walls with white see through curtains,the desk had a laptop with some speakers. I went into the closet and took some pajamas,and had the quickest shower ever. I brushed my hair.

There was terrible crack which i heard,and realised that my window broke,because it was snowing hard. I rushed and closed the window,as the breezing cold hit my sore eyes. I stood there for a moment feeling so refreshed. It had been a long time since it ever rained. Kender loved rain,its a shame that she cant enjoy it. Anyway kender moved on and i also have to.

I went outside after a couple of minutes and everybody's eyes were locked on me. I felt really uncomfortable. I sat down beside the dinnning table next to jaden,cad's elder brother. The sisters were giggling when there saw me,and i didnt like it. The food looked absolutely mouth watering. There was roasted chicken,pies,chicken curry,fruit punchs and dessert with cake pooding with melted choclate and dried coconut sprinkled. I was starving,i havent eaten for the past 4 days.

I filled my plate and ate until i was satisfied. I had dessert and was so full that i could hardly walk. The dinner was quiet,because instucions were set in cad's house. You couldnt eat and talk at the same time,because there is a danger that the food might end up in the trachea.

Cad ,i said. Yeah,he replied scooping a whole lot of dessert. Where is your mom and dad? ! I asked. Oh it was my mom's birthday,so my dad wanted to suprize her,and they went on holiday,he explained.

Afterwards i went to my room and slept on a really comfy bed. The bedsheet was black with red pillows. It did look scary,but i didnt really care.
