I woke up with butterflies in my stomach. What are my friends going to think. Will they laugh, will they feel sorry for me, will they even care? My head was spinning so much I felt sick. All I had to do was fill myself up with breakfast and hope for the best.
I didn't put my glasses on when I was riding the bus because the last thing I needed was extra teasing. When I arrived at school most of the teachers looked at me with a concerned expression. One of them asked if I was doing better. "Yes I am. Thank you Ms. Murry." I went into the auditorium and sat down with my friends.
"Oh my god. Maya I'm so sorry about what happened. I just..." Sage cried out. "It's... whatever, I don't think it's a great idea to talk about it." Zack said he was so sorry when he heard about Gangster's passing. I told everyone to stop apologizing because I didn't want cru before school started because then everyone would start asking. "Guys listen. I want you all to see and hear this." I was gonna do it. What else do I have to lose. Here goes nothing. I took out my black and red case, put on my glasses. Just before my friends reactions were.... DINGGGG!!!! "Well there's the bell. Gotta get to class." Sage ordered.
