Ryvirs pov-

When I got home I needed to change and get to school or I was gonna be late. So I ran to my room and heard my dad call me. So I went to my dad

'So what are you gay now cause I don't want one of life's mistakes in my house.' He said drinking his "fancy wine".

'Idk dad. So what if I am. I would still be your daughter and the same person. ' I shy smiled

He stood up. 'Like I just said I don't want one of life's mistakes in my house...' he hit me. 'So are you?' I started crying

'N..no' I ran to my room and cried trying to find an outfit before I was late. I finally found one just casual. I ran downstairs trying not to get seen by my dad and I started my car and left.

~20 min later~

When I showed up to school every one just stared at me like I was missing my arms or something. Then one of my "friends" Olivia came over.

'Ryvir omg. I'm so sorry about your mom and trystan. ' she hugged me.

'Yeah thanks' I waked to my locker. And look who was standing right there. Dylan. Just the girl I wanted to see.

'Look ryvir. I'm very sorry if I made you uncomfortable last night in any way. It's just y...'

'STOP. We can't talk about this here....' I grabbed her and pulled her out to my car. 'As you were saying'

'It'd just your so gorgeous and funny and smart. I like you.. alot. ' she leaned over and kissed me. I kinda had a mini heart attack for a second. And I remember my windows were tinted, dad said it's safer that way. I kissed her back and smiled.

'I like you too dylan. Its. Just I can't be gay. My dad threatened to kick me out if I was. I'm sorry. I really want to be. But I just cant.' I said looking out the window

'Being gay isn't a choice.' Dylan said getting frustrated.

'I know it's not.'I told her.

'Obviously you don't' she got out of the car and left.
