A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...
Every Star Wars story begins like this. Except for mine. You see, this story starts out after The Launch Bay opened at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Florida, and Kylo Ren was finally added for an "encounter". Although his addition was back in February 2016, this book starts in June 2016 (I wanted it to be written in the summertime).
Most importantly, this story takes place between The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi. I wrote this book before the The Last Jedi played in theaters, so some things may not fall exactly in line but I try to keep this as canon as possible. Just wanted to clarify this so no one gets confused.
And the book will be written from points of view (POV). I'll make sure to specify which character it's coming from in every chapter and when it switches.
Now for the character. The girl, whose name is Summer, is just a normal, teenage Star Wars fan like you or me. She knows the movies are just actors and actresses portraying an excellent, fictional story to life. She knows the characters don't actually exists and are just a figment of George Lucas's imagination.
Or so she thought...
