Dan

When we walked into he classroom, Phil automatically found us two seats together. I stared at the floor as I sat next to him. Phil's enthusiasm directed a lot of stares our way. He didn't seem effected.

"Good afternoon, class" said Ms. Jackson, our art teacher. "Today we're going to draw the portrait of the person sitting next to us. So that's Brittany and Dianna, Josh and Henry, James and Lilly, Dan and Phil, and finally Jessica and Becky".

Me and Phil looked at each other. We had to take each others picture to use as a reference. When it was Phil's turn to be photographed he smiled and tilted his head toward the left, his eyes sparkling in the light. He looked so sweet and innocent.

I am kinda looking forward to this assignment.

Phil

"...Dan and Phil,..."

I turned and looked at Dan, and as I did he looked at me. I wasn't that good at doing portraits, or painting, the two things we would be doing on this assignment.

But I was determined to paint Dan in his true colors.

A/N- Hey guys. I'm done making excuses for my short chapters. I'm sorry, I just can't write long chapters! But don't worry, this story's far from over!
