Chapter Four: Puns for Dinner

Today was an ordinary day for you. You watched Papyrus solve a jigsaw puzzle, and saw Sans watching TV. You stared down at them from the stairs. You started to get bored but then Sans signaled you to come. So, you stood and walked over to him.

"you seem bored...wanna do something, (y/n)?"

You smiled.

"Yes! I would love to!!"

He smiled and took your hand. He led you the door.

"paps, tell dad that me and (y/n) went out to waterfall okay? be good."

With that you and Sans started to walk to waterfall. You actually haven't been there yet. At least...not for a long time. Once you two got there, Sans showed you an echo flower. You thought it was beautiful and you loved how it could repeat things over and over.

Sans then took you to the wishing room. He told you to gaze up and look at the "stars".

"Wow...Sans. This is so pretty."

"yeah...it's one of my favorite places. hey...do those rocks look like stars?"

"Exactly like them."

"heh...that's nice. i wish to see the real ones soon."

"Maybe...we will. Together."

You smiled. You had hope that someday you could free everyone. But right now, you're too young to try it. More like too scared. You pushed the thought away and looked at Sans.

"Thank you so much Sans...I'm so happy."

"anything for you."

You both blushed a little. Then someone started to call out to you both.

"Sans! (Y/n)! Time to come home!"

Gaster appeared. He smiled at both of you and took each of your hands and you all walked home together.

"(Y/n)...What would you like to have for dinner?"

"Hmm...Can you make spaghetti, daddy?"

"Of course! Its been awhile since I have, but I can."

You were so happy. You loved spaghetti. And had no clue you could get it down here. You looked at Sans.

"Sans...we are gonna make all the puns tonight at dinner."

"yeah!"

You both grinned. This was gonna be fun.

Dinner was ready. Everyone sat at the table and started to eat. Papyrus seemed to love it, and you liked it as well.

"This tasted so good! I thought it was impastable to get here!"

Sans grinned and said,

"well, we do have similar resauces as humans."

Papyrus seemed annoyed. Gaster was holding back his laughter.

"Well, I have to admit. I think this much butter than on the surface."

Papyrus screamed.

"OH MY GOSH. THAT'S IT! I AM EATING IN MY ROOM!!"

Gaster chuckled and said,

"Hello Eating In My Room. My name is Dadster."

Papyrus heard that and screamed so much. Then you could hear the sound of glass breaking. He threw his plate down the stairs.

Everyone bursted out in laughter. This was so much fun. You felt so happy. So very happy.
