The Beginning

I have to save them, I have to save my people, I have to save my kingdom.

Yep, you heard it correctly. I'm Taylor Swift, 20 years old, maybe you know me as the Country-turned Pop singer, but that's waaay too far to start this story, loves. Okay, so I'm a Musical Witch, which is a type of witch that was powered with all kinds of music, like instruments and voice. Don't believe me? Well, guess what, I used my guitar and my voice to get rid of intruders to the village, yeah, and those intruders are music haters, and they tried to steal the most precious object of our people, The Musical Gem. The glow is so beautiful and it brings happiness, love and protection to my kingdom. Oh, and we have a queen, we call her Queen Valerie, she's kind, wise and beautiful queen, she loves music so she built a kingdom of her own, called Musical Kingdom, it's where I live. The villagers are playing musical instruments and some of us used our voice, there were never a person who could do both, and lucky for them, I can do both, but not in public, I just do it with my mom and brother, Austin.

"Mom, Austin, this is the song I wrote for today, and it's called Teardrops In My Guitar." I said then I played the guitar.

Drew looks at me, I fake a smile so he won't see

I finished the last part, and my mom and Austin claps.

"That was great, Taylor! You can do both! That's great!" Austin said.

"Yeah, Taylor, the Queen would love to hear you do both." Mom said. The Queen? It's been my dream to sing and play in front of the Queen! Or maybe in front of the whole kingdom!

"It's my dream, Mama." I said.

"Just don't stop writing, don't stop playing and don't stop singing, because to get known by a lot of people, it doesn't take talent only, but it takes hard work." Mom advices me.

"Yes, Mama. I won't let you down, I won't let my family down! I'm sure father would love to see me." I frowned. It's been almost 12 years since Dad died in a war between witches and vampires, and the only family I have is Mom and Austin. I miss him.

"I know you missed him, but that doesn't mean you have to stop doing all this, because this is what your father wanted you to be." Mom said.

"Yes! I wanna write my songs in my bedroom! Gotta bolt!" I ran towards my bedroom and grabbed my notebook, which is full of lyrics I've made, then I started writing a song. That's right, the song will be called Should've Said No.

I thought my life is perfect, that is until 5 years later, a witch cursed the whole kingdom, that was once full of music and happiness, now turned into despair, no more music, even the Queen has turned into a cruel, sadistic and careless one. I was devastated, because after the whole kingdom was cursed, the Queen sent her guards to find the musicians and singers around the kingdom so she could took their instruments, strip their voices and put them into a small orb then she put it in the deepest dungeon of the castle, the musicians and singers? They were put into the prison. Mom, Austin and I escaped from our home, and we found a village called Creature Village, and was quickly greeted by the famous Thoreaux Siblings, the leader of the Witch Nation.

"Welcome, to Creature Village, state your name." said the guy with shaggy hair, I think his name is Hayden.

"Taylor, Taylor Swift." I said.

"Austin Swift." Austin said.

"Andrea Swift." Mom said, "Melody, we need a place to stay, our kingdom's been cursed, and the Queen is looking for us." She finished.

"Okay, Andrea, we'll give you a tour then." said the girl with the ombré red and violet hair, she's Melody.

"We?" said the guy with the brown short hair, I think it was Deidara.

"Yeah! We!" Melody exclaimed.

"Well I hate to break it to you sis, but I've got a kid to deal with before he blew up the whole village and said, 'I'm the Evil Queen's knave!' Even though he's the son of the Fire Wizard who hates the Evil Queen." He said before leaving, I giggled a bit.

"And I need to get to my 'chores'." Hayden said using air quoting with his fingers before leaving, I wonder what kind of chores.

"Okay, do you guys want a tour of the village?" Melody said.

"Oh, no thanks, my mom's always visiting this place all the time, we're good." I said.

"Okay, I'm gonna go get a can of something and eat it." Melody said before leaving.

"Guys, I think I need to excuse myself to explore." I said.

"Oh no worries, sis, we'll be okay." Austin assured me and I smiled then leaves. The village is so huge, and it's colorful. The creatures are so nice. Hey, I think I saw Hayden playing a violin near the river, and from the sound of it, he's playing Selena Gomez's Same Old Love. Love that song.

"Hay?" He immediately stopped.

"Oh, sorry, Taylor. Just practicing, I'll stop now." He said.

"No, no, no, no, wait! That violin belongs to Queen Valerie, where did you get that?" I asked. I recognized the violin because the Queen always used it, and the violin's color is a gradient of blue and purple.

"This is mine, Tay."

"No, that's Queen Valerie's violin, where did you get that?" I asked again.

"Okay. This isn't Valerie's violin, it's mine, given by the legendary witch of your kind." He said.

"I didn't know there's a legendary witch of my kind." I said.

"You don't know? That legendary witch is Lindsey Stirling, and she's the person who can play violin and dance at the same time." There's another person like me? Why didn't I know that?

"Why didn't I know that?"

"You were 10 years old when she departed from the Kingdom, to Los Angeles."

"What is that?" I asked.

"It's a city for both humans and creatures, in fact, she lived there." I want to go to Los Angeles, but should I tell Mom and Austin?

"I don't wanna leave Mom and Austin." I frowned.

"It's alright, you can't underestimate Deidara, he's more powerful than all of us, heck, he's even more powerful than me and Melody, and she'll come with me too. You better tell Andrea and Austin now because you've got 2 hours till we left to the airport." He said, looking at the clock at his phone, I didn't know he had a phone, forget it. I have to tell Mom and Austin! I just hope they would accept my departure!

I just hope they will.
