chapter 6

I stumbled onto my bed a little confused about what just happened it's like one moment he wants me and the other his not interested like I disgust him after some time I just don't understand him. I walked out of my room with a made up mind when I was finally at table I felt a bit  nervous I gave Keith a weak smile trying to get in conversation mood.

"Keith  I think we need to talk" I start.

"Yeah once you try these tacos" he lifted one to my lips so I had no other option but to take a bite and they were definitely delicious.

"Why?" I asked looking at him dead in the eye.
"Why what?"he looked puzzled. "

"Why did you do that to me in my room if you know that you ain't ready? I think we should stick to being friends who don't kiss" I said feeling tears pricking my eyes so I run back upstairs to my room, Keith never said anything and I was glad he didn't.

When I got to my room I locked the door behind me after a few minutes I decided taking a shower would make me feel better so I quickly changed and made my way to the bathroom.

The hot shower was really helpful I thought as I dried my body, at least it made me feel better after my out burst on Keith. I took a deep breath as I walked out of the bathroom but when I opened the door Keith was waiting for me my heart almost jumped out of my chest because I wasn't expecting him to be standing right in front of me.

"Jesus Keith!" I exclaimed.

"I didn't mean to startle you I just wanted to apologise" he said with a sincere look on his eyes. "I am really sorry about everything, I didn't mean to hurt you in anyway and I wanted you to know that you were right we should stick to being friends" I nodded in agreement.

"Oh and are you still coming with to the game with me?" He asked as he searched my eyes.
"Yes of course I am" I replied  looking straight into his gorgeous grey eyes.

His face lit up immediately after I said that "well the hurry up we'll be leaving in half an hour he said smiling then he walked away.

I walked out of the bathroom feeling really happy and all I completely  forgot about the game it's going to be my first time being at a football game it made me feel  excited when I got to my room I quickly pulled out the outfit I kept for the game and I  surprisingly looked hot in it I added some make up to finish up the look and I decided to curl my hair for a change when I was done I headed down stairs.

I went straight to the kitchen found Keith  facing the other way "I'm ready" I said mostly to his back as I hanged my bag over my shoulder,  he turned around as his eyes trailed down my body.

"Wow you look amazing" he said as his face lit up.
"Thanks I was hoping not look out of place cause I have never been to a game before"
"Really? "He seemed surprised and amused at the same time... "yeah first timer but don't worry I will definitely cheer for you cause it's the only thing I know about games" I confessed honestly to light up the mood.

We both laughed as we left for the game. The whole drive was quiet until I turned on the radio I glanced at Keith who just smiled at me,it wasn't long before we pulled into the school and they were so many people around I felt kind of nervous because everyone was staring at us I didn't even realise what was going on, Keith had opened my door for me he held out his hand with a smirk on his face then he spoke "Are you ready to be famous? " I looked up at him and smiled placing my hand in his.

We walked down the school hallway still holding hands it felt really good though I could here people whisper every time we comes across a group. I tightened my grip let him know I was feeling out of place.

"You'll be fine I promise " he said this looking deep into my eyes ,I nodded my head as I took a deep breath in.

When we by bypassed the turn to the field  I looked at him in confusion." I want you to meet my team mates" he answered my unspoken question, I nodded my head as a shy smile crossed my lips.

When we reached the door of the boys locker room he whispered to me "watch this" then he howled like a wolf I stared up at him in utter shock and amusement before I could finish thinking the whole team came out howling as they came to the front and most of them were shirtless and I couldn't help but stare a deep blush setting on my cheeks.

"Wolverines! This is Isy she is one of us now "he said then turned to look at me, the next thing happened so fast I had no idea where Nedd came from they both picked me up letting my butt rest on their arms as the rest of the team chanted my name I felt so special and I couldn't stop smiling.

"Okay now get dressed and let's show Isy here what we are made of!" They howled at him as they went back to change. As Keith and Nedd put me down carefully so I could stand.

"Welcome to the Wolverines Bell" Nedd  said staring at the both of us with a huge smile on face while raised his eyebrows teasingly at Keith who was now looking irritated.

"Don't say it" Keith said to Nedd but Nedd obviously ignored him and asked anyway.

"Sooo are you two like....a thing?"

"No!" We both half yelled at him.

"You can't blame a guy for hoping, you guys look cute together " Nedd answered lifting his shoulders. Keith  looked at me straight in my eyes  "No" Keith said calmly bitting on his bottom lip , I felt a shiver run down my spine as he looked at me intensely.

Then mood was cut  short by whining Nedd "But you guys clearly have chemistry! I know that and I don't even take chemistry" he stated shocked by his own words.
