RON'S FIRST QUIDDITCH GAME WAS TODAY, AND BLAIRE HOPE WAS PREPARED TO WATCH IT ALL UNFOLD. Harry had told Blaire about Slughorn's little dinner party, which was most likely awkward and uncomfortable. The brunette-haired girl sat at the Gryffindor table once again with two quarters of the infamous golden trio-not that she wanted to become a Gryffindor, it was because she wanted to be in the company of the trio. The youngest boy from the Weasley clan came into the Dining Hall, cladded up in his Quidditch gear, getting side remarks from mostly Draco and his goons. Blaire scoffed at her old friends, wondering why she even liked them before. The brunette even remembered when she had a crush on the Malfoy boy in third year. Blaire couldn't believe she used to like him, he sickens the brunette now.

"So, how was it, then?" Ron asked, as he sat down at the bench.

"Pretty boring actually," Hermione shrugged. "Harry hoped dessert would've been better," the witch smirked both at Harry and Blaire.

"Slughorn's having a Christmas, did you know?" Hermione asked, glancing at Ron. "I'm supposed to bring someone," she hinted.

"I expect you'll be bringing McLaggen. He's in the Slug Club, isn't he?" Ron sourly asked.

"Actually, I was going to ask you," Hermione snapped. Blaire watched the scene play out as she chuckled to herself catching the glance of Harry.

A few students came around wishing Ron good luck for the game that was just a few moments from starting. The red-haired boy looked like he was going to vomit at any second.

"You okay, Weasley?" Blaire asked. "You look like you're about to blow chunks at any moment."

"I'm resigning. After today's match, McLaggen can have my spot," Ron said.

Blaire rolled her eyes. "Paranoid," she singsonged.

"Juice?" Harry asked, giving him a cup.

Ron accepted it gratefully, as he took it down in one gulp.

"Hello, everyone," a whimsical Luna greets coming over to the table. "You look dreadful, Ron," the blonde told the red-haired boy. "Is that why you put something in his cup?" Luna asked looking over at Harry.

"Liquid Luck," Harry answered.

Blaire laughed out loud. "I can't believe you put that in his drink, Potter. And I can't believe you drank it, Weasley."

"You can be expelled for that," Hermione scowled the two boys.

Ron and Harry rolled their eyes, as both boys left the table to get ready for the game.

Blaire remained seated at the table along with Hermione.

Just a few minutes later, the two complete opposite girls made their way to the Quidditch field ready to cheer on Ron. Blaire was completely surprised that Ron did pretty well during the game; it stunned her to think that Ron was actually good at something, other than eating. After the game was over, Blaire joined the trio at celebration party in the Gryffindor common room.

"Weasley! Weasley! Weasley!" Students cheered, as the other three watched from the distance.

"You shouldn't have done it," Hermione stated, watching Ron being praised.

"I know," Harry answered.

"I suppose he could've used the Confundus Charm," Blaire smirked, as Hermione shuffled.

"That was different. That was try-outs, this was a game," Hermione stated.

"Yes, Granger, because it was so different," Blaire sarcastically said.

Harry grabbed a tube from his shirt pocket, shaking the tube around. "You didn't put it in?" Hermione asked.

"Ron only thought you did. Clever, Potter, very clever," Blare shook her finger at the Potter boy.

The trio turned their attention towards Lavender Brown sucking Ron's face off. Blaire and Harry both looked at each other then at Hermione's face. The hurt witch ran off, with tears only starting to form from her eyes. Harry went to go after his best friend when Blaire pulled him back. "Let me.This is something another girl should help Hermione out with," the brunette said. Harry nodded as Blaire went out to find her friend.

Blaire found Hermione sitting on a step, crying her eyes out, with a group of birds circling around her. "Oh, Hermione," Blaire whispered, sitting down beside the witch.

"Charm spell, just practicing, "Hermione sniffed. "Very good," Blaire answered.

Blaire wrapped her arms around Hermione, as she lied her head on the brunette's shoulder. Blaire tried to sooth her, as Hermione continued to have tears streaming down her face.

"How does it feel, Blaire?" Hermione asked. "When you saw Harry with Cho.

Blaire was about to deny what the brightest witch was accusing her of, when Hermione beat her to the punch. "I know. I see the way you look at him. You're becoming one of my closest friends, Blaire."

Blaire remained silent, rubbing her arms. The brunette didn't know what to say. Blaire knew she had some sort of feelings for Harry, but she didn't think they were romantic in any way. The brunette only thought that she liked him in a friendship way-but in recent events, she's started to have different feelings for The Chosen One.

Ron and Lavender came running into where Blaire and Hermione were, breaking up their friendship bounding moment. "Oops! I think this room is taken," Lavender giggled, wrapping her arm around his.

"What's with the birds?" Ron curiously asked.

Hermione stood up, a scowl taking up her face. "Oppugno," the witch spoke, causing the birds to go after Ron. The red-haired Weasley boy ran away from where the two girls where, following Lavender.

Hermione sat back down, as Blaire comforted her into another hug. "Did you really mean it when you said I was becoming one of your closets friends," the brunette asked.

Hermione lifted her head up, wiping a few tears from her eyes. "Of course, Blaire," Blaire smiled brightly, enjoying the two's friendship bonding moment.

Hermione's smile faded, as she thought back to Ron and Lavender. Hermione had a few more tears stroll down her face, as she placed her head upon the brunette's shoulder.

"It feels like this," Blaire answered Hermione's question from before.
