A/N: Sorry for leaving the last part on such a cliffhanger for so long, I've been quite busy so haven't found a chance to update, hope you're enjoying this so far!

Joe's POV

I saw Caspar, he was sitting at the bar picking up this girl, it was someone with auburny coloured hair. I was thinking,"classic Caspar!"

I was minding my own business and dancing with a drink in my hand when I suddenly caught eye contact with the girl Caspar was chatting to. I nearly choked on my drink when I saw who it was...

(Well it was who you expected it to be). It was Megan... What is happening?! No! Why? The unexpected someone, was Megan. Un-be-liev-able.

"I trusted you! How could you?!" I shouted, as I saw Caspar kissing Megan!

"I... I..." Caspar stuttered.

"No, Caspar. Don't say anything. I want you to be moved out by the time I get back home, this has gone far enough."

"Wait Joe, you always said you'd never let anything come between us!" Caspar said.

"Yeah that's true but this is different. You lied. You said that you would break up with Megan! And here you are, kissing her." I said hurtfully.

"Joe, I'm sorry." Caspar apologised.

"No. Sorry doesn't cut it anymore, last time you said sorry I believed it, now it's just words, nothing more, nothing less. I can't do this anymore." I left the party.

Caspar came running after me,"Joe wait!"

"What do you want now! Leave me alone." I said.

"I want to work things out."

"I gave you a second chance and that's it, I can't trust you anymore."

"Seriously? You're going to let a girl come between us? When have we ever let a girl come between us 'ey?" Caspar said trying to reason with me.

*I sigh* "I guess you're right. I'm sorry, I overreacted a little. Who am I kidding? I can't lose my best friend! But promise me that you will stop seeing Megan? And I promise the same."

"Yeah! Of course, I'll lose her number and never talk to her again, she's a waste of time if she comes between us. No one can match the friendship we have!" Caspar exclaimed.

"What do you say we go grab a takeaway?" I asked nudging Caspar's shoulder.

"Yeah buddy I'm starving!"

"Friends for life?" I said.

"Yeah, friends for life."

We grabbed a Chinese and went back to my hotel room, it feels so good to finally have my best friend back. I've never liked drama and I've never been good in situations like this but Caspar showed me that nothing can compare to the bond that we have and that nothing will ever come between us. Not a girl, not anything. Not some stupid argument about the dinner or TV. Nothing. Caspar and I will always be friends, nothing will change that.

A/N: Let me know if you think I should carry this story on or not? Thanks I'd really appreciate it :)
