Help Me Please (Cielois Fanfic)

After they both ate breakfast, they went back up to Ciel's room. It was the weekend, so they didnt have school. Ciel sat at the foot of the bed and opened a book. Alois came up behind him and wrapped his arms around him from behind. He nuzzled his head into Ciels neck. "Alois?" Ciel blushed darkly. Alois smirked and kissed Ciel on the cheek and leaned his head onto Ciel's shoulder. "why dont you read to me?" Alois spoke softly. Ciel smiled and read his book aloud. Alois couldnt follow through so he distracted himself by twisting his fingers into Ciel's hair. When Ciel finished the book, he leaned onto his back in  Alois's lap and yawned. Alois laughed slightly and brushed the hair out of Ciel's face. "Still sleepy, are we?" Ciel just let out a small "mhmm" and wrapped his arms around Alois's waist and closed his eyes. Alois smiled and bent down to kiss his forehead before lying down and falling back asleep, holding Ciel safely in his arms. 

When Ciel awoke, he noticed that they both had fallen back asleep on his bed by accident. He sat up and looked at Alois. his arms were stretched above him, making his shirt go up.. Ciel had to look away with a blush on his face. Ciel walked down the hall and saw Sebastian. "Have a good rest? I assume you probably stayed up to late last night. But doing what, I wonder?" Sebastian said with a smirk. "Shut up Sebastian I was reading and I got tired, thats all." Ciel stammered. "Hmm~" was all Sebastian said in response before walking down the hall. Ciel made himself and Alois some tea and brought it upstairs. He carefully walked into the bedroom carrying two cups of hot tea when he tripped over a rug and fell.

Alois woke to a loud thud. He sat up quickly. "Hmm? Ciel? W-what..?" Alois looked around until he saw Ciel on the ground. "Owww..." Ciel groaned.  Alois rushed over to him. "Are you okay Ciel? Are you hurt?" Alois asked frantically. Broken glass peices of the cups where scattered, and Ciel's leg was bleeding. Alois made an effort to pick Ciel up and place him on the bed. "erm...S-Sebastian!?" Alois yelled. Sebastian was in the doorway immediatley. He walked over to Ciel calmly. "Alois, please go wait out in the hall. I will attend to Ciel's cut." Sebastian spoke flatly. Alois nodded and went out into the hall obediently. Alois didnt have much of a relationship with Sebastian, he was just kind of...there. They both lived in the same manor now that Sebastian and Ciel allowed Alois to live with them, but they just didnt speak much. Alois paced back and forth, anxious about Ciel. He knew it was just a minor cut, but he didnt want Ciel to get hurt. 

After awhile, Sebastian left the room and told Alois he could go back in. Alois noticed the shards of glass had been swept away. Ciel was on the  bed, smiling. "Ciel, are you okay? What did you do?" Alois asked curious as to how Ciel fell in the first place. "Well, I thought it'd be a nice thing to do for you if I went and got us some tea,  but as I was coming back, I was focusing on trying not to spill and I tripped on the rug and fell." Alois smiled and laughed. "I love you Ciel, but you truly are an idiot."

"We're both idiots." Ciel joked back and smiled.
