I dropped everything and ran. Tears started forming in my eyes and rolling down my cheeks. The wind blowing on my face while I ran would pull the tears back.
I finally reached Daichi's apartment.
Firemen everywhere.
No sign of Daichi.
I want to scream his name. Shout and yell until he comes to me.
I run around a bit, when, I see it.
A figure leaning against the wall.
" D-Daichi?"
"S-Suga?"
"A-Are you okay?"
I didn't expect his response.

He hugged me.
" Uh..yeah...I'm fine. Thanks for coming so quickly."
The fact that he whispered that in my ear made me feel some type of way.
" Suga?"
" Yeah?"
"Can I stay over at your apartment?"
HOLY SHIT
DID HE JUST?
" Yeah, definitely."
I try to not sound so happy, because his apartment did just burn down.
" Just tell me, why did you hang up? You had me so worried!"
" Oh yeah, um...I tripped running down the stairs and my phone broke."
" I'm just glad you're okay. Let's go home."
We started walking.
Shit.
I forgot my keys at the cafe.
" Hey Daichi, I left my keys at the cafe, would you mind if we went to go get them?"
" No, not at all. Let's go"
It took about 10 minutes to get there, Daichi looking at the ground the whole walk there.
When we reach the café my jaw dropped.
