Chapter 12: Painful Truth

An ziyan POV

I stare intensely to the guy in front of me. His face full of bruises and blood. He was sitting on a chair and his hand was tie behind him.

"u still don't wanna say anything?" I asked him.

He look at me with his weak eyes. His eyes say it all, he don't wanna say anything.

"nnn..noo" he said.

I slap him hard on his face. Why this guy so stubborn??.

I took a deep breath. If I want, I will kill him right now but I need the info from him. I need to confirm something from him.

"Dr Lim..just answer my damm question who is the one who survive in the accident 5 years ago? Michael or Maiding?"

He stare back at me. He chuckled "its Michael..how many times do I have to tell u?"

I can feel my blood was boiling. I knew it is not Michael. He still hiding something from me.

Not far from us is Jay. He is the one who brought him here to my house basement. He is the one who told me that there is something weird about accident that happen 5 years ago. I'm glad having a good private investigator.

"Dr Lim..." Jay walk towards Dr Lim " there is a document on the way here and actually in that document is the DNA test result of Michael the one u said who survive in the accident but if the DNA test match with Maiding. What will u do? I don't think my friend here will let u live. If u tell us the truth now I will tell him not to kill u. How about it?"

Dr Lim's face look panic. Jay put out his gun and put it in front of Dr Lim.

"you choose.." Jay told him

Dr Lim just stare at the gun. Maybe there is so much thing that playing in his mind right now.

" did u already make ur decision?" I asked him

I can see there is tears in his eyes.

"u have.." I look at my watch "5 minutes before the document arrived."

"..........." there is silent sob from him.

Me and Jay waiting for almost 3 minutes and he didn't say anything at all. Suddenly we heard someone entering our rooms. Its Gei, Jay's assistant. He brought a file in his hand.

He smirked when he saw Dr Lim. He walk towards me and gave me the file. From the look at Dr Lim's face he was really scared. Although his face full of bruises and blood but it still can't hide his pale face.

"this is ur last chance Dr Lim" I told him.

When I see him didn't say anything. I assumed he really want to die. I sigh..I open the file but suddenly I heard Dr Lim shouting.

"Wait..wait...its Maiding..the one who survive..its Maiding..please don't kill me..please" Dr Lim was crying really hard right now.

My hand was shaking after hearing the words. Maiding still alive..maiding still alive....I crush the file in my hand.

I walk towards Dr Lim and strangled him. "why u do this? Why u take away him from me?" I think I lose my mind right now. I was so mad with Dr Lim. I can feel my eyes full of tears right now.

"I'm sorry...i'm sorry.. I just helping my friend. He want Maiding become Michael..please don't kill me"

Maiding become Michael?

"F****!! Its Dr Chen?" I asked again. I tight my grip in his neck.

"and he did plastic surgery on Maiding??"
