Chapter 11

So today is the first day of school. The first day of my Junior year ... and I'm gonna miss it. Why? Because I'm staying at the hospital with my baby. He's only been here for 2 days and he is supposed to get out tomorrow. My mom finally got back yesterday, but I haven't been home. I went to Khalil's house, backed a bag, and I've been at the hospital ever since.

"You can go to school, you don't have to stay here." Marcus said.

"Yea, I could ... But I'm not, I'd rather stay here with you." I said getting out the chair I was sitting in and sitting on the edge of Marcus's bed.

"You know you don't wanna stay here, go to school." I put my hand on his chest.

"Do you want me to leave."

"Nope."

"Alright then, I'm staying."

3 Hours Later

I was laying in the little hospital bed with Marcus on Instagram. Everybody was posting selfies saying first day of school. To bad I was here with my broken boyfriend. I decided to take a picture with him to put on Instagram.

"Come on let's take a picture."

"Why?" he asked me. Why is he being so difficult.

"For Instagram."

"Fine." He finally gave in.

I could tell he didn't wanna take it, but he just wanted to make me happy. How cute. We ended up taking about 10 pictures but I liked one the most. I went to post it on Instagram and said "In the hospital with my broken boyfriend ... 😒👎 Hope he feels better soon 😘💖" Not even 2 minutes later people were commenting saying "OMG is he okay?" or "Hope he feels better." and stuff like that. Aww, people actually care bout him. I laughed at that to myself. There was a knock at the door and in walks Khalil, Mya, and some other boy I didn't know. I got out the bed and hugged Khalil and said hey. Then I literally jumped on Mya hugging her so tight I didn't think she could breath.

"Alright bitch, get off me before you kill me." We both laughed at that.

The guys did that little shake hands hug thing that all guys do.

"Jess, this my boy from the team Jason, Jason this my girl Jessica." Marcus said.

"Ohh Jason, number 7 right."

"Yea that's me." he chuckled a little.

I wanted to talk I Mya privately so I decided to take a walk.

"Bae I'm going I the cafeteria, you need anything?"

"Nahh I'm good."

"Alright, I'll be back."

Mya and I walked out of the room. "Mya I have a lot to tell. Well it's not that much but it's big."

"Awwwww shiiiit, what happened?"

"Well ... Marcus said he loves me ..."

"Oh my god, did you say it back?"

"Yes."

Mya squealed and gave me the biggest hug ever.

"Jess ... do you realized that that is a huge step in your relationship?" I never really thought about that.

Marcus P.O.V

"What you been doing bruh?" Khalil asked.

"Shit .. Nothing. I've been in this bed doing nothing. Jess been here the whole time I was here though."

"Man that's crazy. She wifey type bruh, she miss the first day if school to stay here with ya ass."

"Yea man, don't fuck this shit up." Jason said.

"Y'all right. And couple days ago I told her I love her."

"Marcus Hamilton .. In love? Nah I think ya head fucked up too."

"Nah man for real, I really do love her."

"Well son you know what that mean, no hoes! if you love her don't fuck this up!" Jason said.

"Trust me, I won't."
