Yn opened the note and it read in cursive:
'Hey yn, I miss you dearly, Im sorry I left you, Its just a lesson to let you live on your own. As I write this i smile just thinking of you. I thought maybe Now that you got this.....something has happened..Something wrong happened. you were right, I cant go own in life without you. But..Thats just how the mama bird lets her little birdies fly. I thought maybe it was time for you to fly. you're 19, You should handle yourself. But when I said something wrong had happened..i mean the Devil is roaming the world and he has caught up with me. Im diagnosed with cancer. It's Breast cancer.It's one of the most deadliest Diseases for women in America. i dont want to tell Riley...Because he's thinks he's the man of the house. Haha, he really is contributing as if he's the man of the house though. He's 9 now! jade's birthday is coming up...she'll finally be 5! She's in school and doing her thing! Riley is too. since I moved away from the projects....They've changed...I was hoping you got a Little better also. Maybe a little more respectful. But I love you..Really I do. Have you talked to Uncle Po? I hope he isnt introducing you to some of that crazy shit he's into. I hope your handling yourself. What about Nelle? How is she? 'Before yn could keep reading she crumbled the paper. She got heated just to read the part about not telling her where she is.
"Fuck her." yn mumbled. She threw the paper over her shoulder and slip the blunt back into her mouth and sat back at the table, counting her money.
"what the?" Nelle snarled.
"what does it say?" Chresanto said taking the paper and unscrambling it. they all gathered up together reading it.
"Damn." nelle sighed.
"hol' up! I aint even done!" Tay snarled snatching the paper and reading it.
"Where yo ma' at anyway?" Tay snarled smoking his blunt glancing at the note.
"Nigga, Is you not reading it?" Yn snarled.
"Oh, My fault." Tay replied scrunching his eyebrows at the paper.
"look, Yn Its not..That bad, Really it isnt. Doesn't it feel great to walk around here with freedom." Ray smiled.
"Nope, you aint read the paper neither, huh?" yn snarled."She got cancer!"
"Oh shit." Ray sighed.
"I'll help you find her." Nelle smiled.
"The legal way." craig laughed.
"Ha, I just want my siblings." Yn smiled.
"Coo' We'll just get them instead" chresanto smiled.
"The legal way." Nelle laughed looking at craig.
"Yeah, the legal way." Craig winked Sarcastically.
"So, Yall want me to kidnap my siblings." Yn raised an eyebrow.
"You want them, right?" Ray smiled, Giving an evil grin.
"Yeah, but she gone hate me even more." yn sighed.
"Yeah, But i'll have my lil Ol' Ugly Riley back." Chresanto laughed.
"I'll just wait, A while...I need to find her though..she could die." yn sighed.
"Breast cancer....Cancer I hate it." Chresanto snarled.
"Look, Let's quit the saddness." yn smiled. Reaching in her pocket.
"What chu' mean?" Tay smiled.
"I got yall." Yn smiled. she pulled out her money and handed Craig, Nelle, and Ray money.
"Whoa.." Nelle gasped. "800?"
"Yeah..Just a lil' sum sum" Yn laughed shrugging her shoulders.
"Take mine back..Im good." Ray smiled handing the money back. "I hustle..You know that! " he laughed.
"oh you right." Yn laughed.
"Damn, Leave me hangin'" Tay shrugged.
"nigga, You know DAMN Well yo' ass got money." Yn laughed.
"still." Tay mumbled smiling.
"Get outta hea'" Yn smiled.
Later that day, they all sat around and did nothing..A couple of Yn's people slid by just to say whats up and all.
"Do yall want kids?" Nelle laughed laying upside down on the couch.
Instanyl Ray looked at Yn.
"HELL NAW! "Chresanto brusted. Everyone laughed.
"If they ass act like riley..Then HELL to the nah!" Tay laughed.
"Exactly!" chresanto laughed.
"Aye aye aye! Stop ridin'on my bro'." yn smiled.
Ray didnt take his eyes off Yn.
"I do..but before I do..I'ma Move from here." Craig smiled. "Just..A safer place."
"True." nelle laughed.
"What If I said..I got a Jit*?" Ray gulped.
everyone stopped instantly and stared at Ray in shock.,Yn turned to him slowly as she froze.
