I had followed her all day. How could she just walk away like that, I mean I could hardly relax without her near me. My wolf was going crazy, she didn't reject us but still she looked like being my mate wasn't important.

I tried to calm my wolf again as we followed her from work, she looked deep in thought and had not noticed us. Which was a good thing but my wolf felt hurt that our mate couldn't sense us. She reached a apartment building in which me and my men had to wait a minute before continuing.

After what felt like forever we enetered and followed her sent. A strong wave of anger went through me and I knew it was her. I moved more quickly worrying about what is troubling her. We reached a door and I could hear her voice it was barely audible but I heard it loud and clear.

Then I heard a males' voice and what he said angered my wolf. "I did it for you, for us" he said and that's when I lost it. There was another man with her and me and my wolf couldn't allow it. I kicked open the door and saw the guy kissing her. My wolf started growling and took over.

I ripped the guy off of her and punched him, it wasn't enough though I wanted to kill him. I went for him again and felt my men pulling me back. 'Let me kill him' i demanded in our mindlink. 'Sorry we can't sir, he is human.He does not abide by our laws' jay said.

I turned to look at my mate but she was already gone. 'No need to worry sir I have her with me in the car with Luka' Darren said, he must have sensed my worry. I nodded and left the apartment with my two men. I still wanted to kill the human, but knew my mate would reject me if I killed someone close to her.

I got in the car and saw my mate passed out. A low growl escaped my lips and I glared at Darren. He shrugged his shoulders at me and returned to the call he was making. I took deep breaths and went over to my mate. Her eyes were swolen and her cheeks were tear stained, my wolf didn't like this.

I picked her up and cradled her in my lap, nuzzling my nose in her hair. It calmed me somehow. I looked up at luka who was waiting for my command, I just nodded my head and he drove off. My other men were dealing with the human I almost killed and would meet up at the pack house.

I continued to nuzzle my mate and held her closer, 'MINE' my wolf said possesively.
